Rude idiots. Extremely slow, it takes weeks to get a simple order. Said they didn't know much about handling online orders. Pathetic.

Updating. I've had excellent service from customer service but the managers and some cashiers…read morehaven't been as helpful. This was previously a 5 star review from my experiences with customer service. I run a nonprofit horse rescue and get coupons from Purina for horse feed. I have frequent problems with them, but today was the worst. I was running behind and despite my clear communication that I was giving her 3 coupons (said 3 times), she only rung up one. We had already swiped the card, so she had to process a refund. I expressed I was running short on time and she said it would be quick. She then processed an EXCHANGE and called us "even" and wanted to ring me back up for the 2 coupons she had missed. So she wanted me to buy 2 bags of senior feed ($29) at full price, not need or get a real exchange, then pay the discounted price ($9) for the same two bags. At this point a manager (Jim) had come up and was backing her up saying it all made sense and that we were "even." Though I had been charged too much and not refunded anything and they wanted more of my money. I asked him for reassurance this wouldn't happen again and he just mansplained that the job was hard. No apologies, nothing. The customer service rep (Sheila) was the only thing that saved the situation by understanding the situation and taking over to help process our refund and get our coupons applied. I spend hundreds of dollars in this store weekly, and this situation has me considering finding a new feed store that actually supports nonprofits and the coupons we need to keep working. If I do go back, Sheila will be the only reason. I am extremely disappointed in this situation.

Chip also gave me some great tips on fly fishing and areas to go. Whenever I am up here visiting family, I love coming in and chatting with Chip and the other staff too. You can buy small tractors anywhere…read more How often can you buy one from a Farming family of 100 years that know equipment and what works. They know tractors and implements and will match your needs. Scott pointed out the differences of what a few hundred dollars meant in terms of quality on a comparison I was looking at. They also have in store parts and a repair /service center. Its a quiet dealership. Don't be fooled, that just means there isn't a big franchise fee that they are paying. Break a part and try to get parts or get it repaired from a "ranch store' . I could of bought anywhere.. I choose this store. Hope this helps if your looking for add-ons or maybe a new working horse for your ranch. Marc Lange Class 8 Trucks Spokane

Update: talked with the owner today: Quote on quote from him " If you had any experience with flail…read moremowers, you would know that the blades are not sharp, brush hog blades are not sharp either, this is not a finish mower". Oh, I had no idea that blades on a mower were ever supposed to be "not sharp". Not expecting a finish mower, I got one of those. I guess this guy is smarter than AI. See pictures below. I added some of the y-blades (duller than a butter knife) and the amazing cutting performance after 3 passes driving 0.2 miles per hour (maybe slower ). I will avoid this establishment at all costs. Worst customer service I have dealt with. David Primmer knows nothing about the products he sells. He doesn't know what a flail mower is designed to do. He sold me a $4000 unit with blades that were not even sharpened, had no ability to troubleshoot the issues I was having with the mower, and couldn't even give me a contract to call to troubleshoot. He sold me a mower manufactured in 2024 as a "2026 Ironcraft Fl-165". There is no branding on the mower to even identify that it is an Ironcraft mower. Oh and funny how I can search for the exact unit nationwide, and find it for sale at prices ranging from $2150-2800, but Cascade wants to retail it at $3895. Hmmm. But David says that's old data. Tells me it's normal that it windrows in tall grass and that I should've bought a brush hog if I wanted a better cut. Pretty sure you got that backwards. But it's my fault because I didn't do enough research. He can't take criticism for failing on his end to be a liaison for a customer having an issue. As a dealer, that is YOUR JOB!!! You're representing Ironcraft selling their product, yet you won't stand behind it when it doesn't function in the way it was designed. The guy wants to cry because I called him out. Learn basic customer service and conflict resolution if you're going work in your business. I asked for the owner and the Ironcraft rep to contact me, and David decided to take this whole matter personally and deny me that ability. Offering me $450 doesn't fix a mower that performs poorly. If you want a trustworthy company with integrity, steer far away from these guys. Disappointed that I even purchased anything from them. David got my business and that's all he cares about. I will avoid this place for any service or future purchases.
