    I was required to use this business for corporate business cards, and was not pleased with the…read morelevel of service. I provided a copy of my original business card to place a re-order. I was sent an e-mail requesting to proof the business card, and noticed that an addtional after hours phone number was added without my authorization. I responded to the e-mail and requested that the after hours number be removed, and it was. I rceived a second e-mail requesting to proof the business card. I repsponded to the e mail stating the business card looked, "good to go." Unbeknownst to me an American Printing & Paper Products employee sent an e-mail to my corporate office stating I requested a change, and did not repsond to their e-mails to proof the business card. At this point I am unsure if the after hours number was added at the request of my employer, or if the printing company made the changes without anyone's authorization. At either rate, I am disappointed that the representative did not speak to me directly, and at the very least explain why the changes were made. I'm also upset that the printing company had to involve our corporate office. If I had a choice, I would not use this printing service again.

The don't wear name badges and went asking for name to be able to let corporate know about their bad treat to customer the denied to provide it and the don't even provide store location. I have been a customer of FedEx and gone to multiple locations and this is the first location that provides the worst customer service experience. Rude inefficient and incompetent. You can tell the really don't want to be there but are just there for a pay check not understanding they have a pay check cuz of the customer who come in for service. They need better trained employees and employees who actually understand the job and want to be there. I was having a good day until I went here and received attitude from them. For No reason just for asking for tape to seal A FedEx envelope that I was going to ship through them We are not talking about even being serve or weight or Charges or anything just said may I have a piece of tape to seal the FedEx Envelope I'm send for extra security and the lady went off no we don't provide that you have to buy a roll for that and a bunch of other things which I'm Not sure what she was saying seem Like she was not 100% relay her msg in English properly. I always send those envelopes at different FedEx locations across the region and for extra security I always place a strip of Tape across the seal part and never ever had issues or Been cursed for what it seems a foreign language speaker and told I need a to buy the whole roll and is not about the roll but the way and attitude given if FedEx has changed is quite simple as someone who works with the public I tend to defuse and on the personal level not give attitude to those who Work with the public. Simply they could have said sir dude bro I like to assist with the request but we now have a new directive and not able to provide without a charge by buying it a roll from the wall. And awesome I would have understood since they only work there and follow orders from corporate. But that was not the case.     I was here yesterday to get a notary signed and sent out!! first of all I want to say I barley go…read moreto usps to send things out I usually go to ups to scan and drop of packages that I prepaid for.. anyways I came in with my envelope prepared, address and sticker and everything... mind you im kinda distracted with other things but I told the girl who helped me that I need a notary signed and sent out. she asked me which I wanted to pay for and I ask the price difference and about the packaging it comes with. so shes telling me the prices then shows me an envelope, she looks down at my envelope, pauses and proceeds to say we would need to put it in a different envelope yada yada.. and im going along STILL not realizing that I dont even need to pay for this to be sent out but she continues to go with the charging me!! so im waiting and I realize this other lady in the back kinda looking at me crazy and im wondering why.. I proceed. then it hits me! WAIT I dont even need to be charged for this.. the girl helping me says nothing and removes the charge and continues to charge me only for the notary.. so before I leave I ask her "so just to make sure because I have this sticker on it, yall can send it out and im good. because thats me basically paying for it" she says "yes" so I leave and while im driving it dawns on me that this girl was gonna charge me and not say a thing about my sticker being on there, even after she noticed it was there after she told me i would need to put it in a different envelope.. then it makes sense to why the other girl in the bck is looking crazy because she can also hear and see everything going on!! I just wanna say I never never get on here to write these type of long reviews or even negative ones period but when I realize this I was very upset. because this is two employees noticing this and instead of giving good customer service they look at u crazy instead of trying to help!! and I will say this even if they didnt "notice" which im %100 they did the people behind the counter need to be more attentive when it comes to things like this because I wouldve been charged and had to return and get a refund, but what if I never even noticed?? thats money gone and u dont know what when or how people got things going on. this is very unprofessional and not ok at all!!
