And so of course Amazon sent the items back to me, but now I have to pay an additional $5.99 per return to pick them up at a store instead of my home (UPS won't leave packages unattended at an apartment complex). So in all, I've spent $23.79 because a clerk at this location mis-packed my items. Pro-tip: pack your items yourselves. It'll save you money, time, and a headache.

I proceed. then it hits me! WAIT I dont even need to be charged for this.. the girl helping me says nothing and removes the charge and continues to charge me only for the notary.. so before I leave I ask her "so just to make sure because I have this sticker on it, yall can send it out and im good. because thats me basically paying for it" she says "yes" so I leave and while im driving it dawns on me that this girl was gonna charge me and not say a thing about my sticker being on there, even after she noticed it was there after she told me i would need to put it in a different envelope.. then it makes sense to why the other girl in the bck is looking crazy because she can also hear and see everything going on!! The area I thought I wouldn't hear from anyone for at least 24 hours, but Julia with Orion Solutions emailed me 45 minutes later and said my prints were available for pick up! Talk about quick and speedy service! I ran over to their office and picked up my prints and paid and out the door I went and happy that I would be able to take care of my estimate today. I will definitely be using Orion Solutions again and have noticed the accounting and sales department of them right hear in our industrial park.
