Review on passport experience only…read more My husband and I came with a passport appointment for our baby on a Wednesday morning. Upon arrival, the staff told us that unfortunately the camera was broken but they suggested to go to the Walgreens near by to quickly take the pictures. We didn't loose our reservation but we needed to go get the pictures at the pharmacy and return. We went there and got pictures done very quickly. We came back and they immediately started the process for the passport. Everyone was helpful. I believe Tavia is the name of the lady who took care of us. She was very professional, efficient and respectful. She did the process pretty fast and explained to us when and what to expect. I noticed there are many bad reviews for this location but I have to say my experience with the passport agent was pleasant. Other than the camera issue, everything was done on time and everyone was behaving in a professional manner. You definitely NEED to make an appointment for passport transactions and come with all your documents ready, then, they will be able to do their job in a timely manner.

There were plenty of mail trucks but no way for a customer to enter the building. I drove over to this location. It did not exist on Yelp but did exist on another search engine. I was taking a deep breath as I walked into a packed post office thinking I would be spending my vacation waiting in a line that wasn't an amusement ride. I was in there for 1 minute when a US post worker said, "How can I help you?" I said, "I need to have these post marked today!" Yes it's tax day and I'm mailing the checks in. She immediately took my two envelopes and asked her co worker..."You have my postmark stamp?" She then got it from her and stamped the envelopes. What? Did I just get a fast pass at the Post Office? I love it! I told the lady thank you. This location had it going on. There was a line for only international mailing. Another line for only customer package pick up. A third lane for general mailing. And the lane where the nice lady helped me. She was more of the customer service desk and she was directing people. She immediately helped me and made sure to thank her for the best Post Office I have ever experienced ever. This may be the only reason I would ever live here again. Unfortunately it's to far for me to drive from Chicago to send my mail but it would also be less of a headache. Thanks again Doral Post Office for making Tax Day easier on me!

This is a relatively small, somewhat basic US Post Office, located on Miracle Mile about a block…read morefrom Douglas. Aside from the manned counter where one can mail packages, buy stamps and obtain other standard USPS services, this location also has a section with several rows of PO boxes and a slot to drop off postage paid envelopes and small packages that's normally open 24 hours, though it's currently locked when the service counter isn't manned due to Covid. The biggest plus about this particular USPS location is the operating hours of the full-service counter, as it's staffed later than most and has some very attractive Saturday hours...It's open until 6pm through the week AND from 10am to 6pm on Saturdays. The parking situation isn't the best, as your only options are the "Park by Phone" spots along the streets or the paid parking in the garage above this post office. The 2 or 3 spots directly in front of this place are often marked valet only. That said, if already conducting business in this general area, this post office is a good alternative to the much larger (and usually busy & slow) main Coral Gables post office a few blocks away.

The line moves quick and fortunately has the Certified mail strips on the counter for easy accessibility. Don't make the mistake of thinking they will tape your box shut, I ended up having to buy a roll at a steep price just so I wouldn't waste more time in finding tape in my car or having to come back with it sealed. When you don't have to overnight a shipment, this is the best priced postage option. There's nothing like properly securing your package and sending it ok it's journey than from a authorized post office location.
