I told a female Indian…read moreemployee that I had a quick question, I only came in to ask about packaging because I needed a box for a shipment and I was only asking if it would be free or not, and there was an extremely rude woman next to her interrupting us. I did not need to stand in line, it was just a quick question that could be answered in under a minute and then I could bring in my item to package the item and stand in line. The rude woman next to her was black with a bleach blonde wig, sorry but again, I don't have the names. She was talking over us and telling the woman not to help me, demanding that she ignore me and she was hollering and not letting me speak and not letting the woman answer me when I needed just a second of guidance for my shipment. I am a frequent customer here and that is not how you treat customers or people in general. Horrible horrible service. If I were the Indian woman, I would be so embarrassed. I thanked her politely and went on my way. I will not be treated that way at any establishment. Honestly, how is this person even working here?

TAX DAY I typically…read moredread walking into a post office. Today started out bad when I went to a post office only to drive around the massive building and find not a single address. There were plenty of mail trucks but no way for a customer to enter the building. I drove over to this location. It did not exist on Yelp but did exist on another search engine. I was taking a deep breath as I walked into a packed post office thinking I would be spending my vacation waiting in a line that wasn't an amusement ride. I was in there for 1 minute when a US post worker said, "How can I help you?" I said, "I need to have these post marked today!" Yes it's tax day and I'm mailing the checks in. She immediately took my two envelopes and asked her co worker..."You have my postmark stamp?" She then got it from her and stamped the envelopes. What? Did I just get a fast pass at the Post Office? I love it! I told the lady thank you. This location had it going on. There was a line for only international mailing. Another line for only customer package pick up. A third lane for general mailing. And the lane where the nice lady helped me. She was more of the customer service desk and she was directing people. She immediately helped me and made sure to thank her for the best Post Office I have ever experienced ever. This may be the only reason I would ever live here again. Unfortunately it's to far for me to drive from Chicago to send my mail but it would also be less of a headache. Thanks again Doral Post Office for making Tax Day easier on me!

I was treated with zero respect and spoken to in a humiliating way in front of other customers. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you don't want to deal with people, don't work in a customer-facing job--simple as that. We're literally paying for this service, and this is how customers are treated? No accountability, no courtesy, no basic decency. Management needs to step in because this kind of behavior should not be tolerated anywhere. Avoid this location if you can. She was great and turned my frown upside down. Before I knew it she had me smiling and laughing while I finished my different processes. She didn't rush me or act annoyed by my questions. However I have been coming here for…read morea few years on a regular basis, and have always found the staff to be as quick and efficient as they can. So this is why I have rated them four stars. Sometimes it is busy and sometimes it is not, but if it is busy with a line it is due to the demand. Located very conveniently for me in Hialeah so this is my go to store.. it has a huge parking lot right outside so that's a plus too, as there is never an issue finding a space.
