That was a waste of time. The person that answered the phone was rude and had an attitude. When I mentioned that I'm trying to get help getting a package that is medication that I needed urgently she kept saying she couldn't help me. I asked if they could contact the warehouse she said no that no one can call them. She then ended the call by hanging up on me. How this person had a job in customer service is beyond me. I also had detachable sleeves and she messed up the hidden clasps by sewing everything together so it didn't look right anymore when I had them converted back to detachable. When I called to inform her she shrugged me off and down played it saying she can fix it. I was very disappointed because my initial impression of her was very positive. However, when I brought up getting a partial refund because I had to go to someone else to fix her mistakes, she ghosted me. I had to find someone else to fix everything and thankfully she worked miracles. And I almost forgot, when I was finally picking up my dress, I waited about 45 minutes for her to show up to do the exchange... I love supporting local and small businesses but not everyone knows how to do it correctly.

I believe upon and entering tickets we're given out prior to the line up so basically I guess that means that my ticket number represents the place in as it is understood to be. I heard a customer yell out about his disliking for the wait. All I can say is as for waiting this not conducive if you have littles to wait especially if it goes on after the first to the second hour. I can say that the staff behind the glass did say good morning when I got my ticket-- oh by the way seating is very limited especially if there's already a line formed so keep that in mind.
