I called the customer service center and they said that package is to be at the UPS Store. I was advised to wait till the next day to pick up the package. Well, I went by the store and there was no package. After a week, still no package at the store. Now, how can you lose a package? If the courier had the package to take to the store. The courier either kept the package for himself or threw away. What a waste of time trying to track the package. I had to text the sender to file a claim.
