We've been doing business with the Postal Center for years. Don & Patty own this facility with their daughter Jessica. Their employee Heather is "A" plus! They are expedient & take your packages, mine most times are not taped or ready to go. They manage this & I always need assist. I leave knowing it will be taken care of appropriately. They take charge making my life easier!! We've had to call when we're out of area to look into a particular piece of Mail & we've called during the busiest of seasons. No matter, they answer, check & let us know what we have! This has saved us time & money when it was not easy to get from A-B! They're always cordial & help us with our Postal needs. I use the Postal Center for faxing, postage, & shipping. You won't have to worry when you have an Awesome Family taking care of you. They are all wonderful! Thank you Postal Center USA! Been a customer here for years, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Have shipped parcels, rented mailboxes, and used their other services, including the "complimentary" ones. The staff has always been pleasant, professional and thorough in my opinion. Shipping does cost a little more than some other places, but (for me) it was well worth it to ensure that my packages were packed and delivered on time and undamaged. After waiting at TD Bank (my bank) for 20 minutes for a customer service rep I decided to drive to the other end of the strip mall to Postal Center USA to have some real estate documents notarized and overnighted. It took the notary there about 5 minutes to sign and stamp 7 pages. He then tells me it will be $35. I just assumed, like all the local banks, that it was a free service for customers (have done business there for many years). Wrong. 1st; the notary/manager should have told me in advance what the cost would be and 2nd; once I expressed disappointment with him not informing me ahead of time about the fees he had an opportunity to either not charge me at all or just charge me $5 for the 5 minutes it took him to notarize the documents. The guy did neither. I will never do business there again.........complete rip off regarding notarization, coupled with bad business sense of the manager, not a good recipe to retain customers. read more

Go anywhere else but PC in Stratham. Other options are USPS in Exeter and a shipping store on Epping Rd. Attitude and even yelling from behind the counter. When our package did not arrive on time, they blamed UPS. UPS shows tracking which is contrary to PC Stratham. PC Stratham was of no help except for yelling at me. Bring your business somewhere else. If I could leave even less, I would. Just went in to mail something back to Amazon. I needed to buy an envelope to do so. The cost for the envelope was $1.65. I had just come from the gym next door and did not have any cash on me so handed the gentleman at the counter my credit card. He looked at me like I had two heads and was disgusted by the fact that I was using a credit card. When I asked him if there was problem he said, "Well, yes." I apologized for not having cash and told him the credit card was all I had on me. He ended up running it through. I'm sorry, this is a national franchise and no where in the store does it say there is a credit card minimum. Poor customer service. It was my first time in the store and I will not be back. At the end, he had the nerve to thank me and tell me to have a great day after making me feel very unwelcome in the store. read more
