I asked about it, and he said, "I don't have to wear a mask, I live here." When I specifically asked him to wear one, he said no. I am very uncomfortable using a small business whose owner puts his own comfort ahead of the customers. It's one thing to not wear a mask; it's another to not put one on at the request of a customer. I was only in the shop a few minutes. He could have complied for me. I am in a high risk group, and he is exposed to members of the public all day. I will find a more accommodating shipping company for future needs.

He finally acknowledges me and says to leave my packages on the desk. The place is a disorganized, unprofessional mess, with people's important packages strewn everywhere right near the desk. I almost left because I felt like my packages wouldn't be handled well. I asked for a receipt, assuming he would do the normal fast electronic scan...nope, he sighs heavily and starts hand scribbling 3 long tracking numbers on a scrap of paper. I could barely read it and was uncertain it was even accurate. Just crossed my fingers and left. I said thank you and got no reply. My packages did get to their destination. I am now going to the shipping place near the Lee traffic circle. Highly recommend.
