I get there and ask them to print out the label and they CHARGED ME $3 for 1-15 mins of computer time AND $.25 for printing out the label. Please note - I was not aware that UPS store were franchises and this is one of them. If it is the policy for a franchise to charge so be it. FedEx stores are not franchise locations and have the same rates and don't charge extra to stick a label on the package you paid for so something to think about.
