While the movers were very polite and maintained a professional demeanor, they damaged our entertainment beyond repair. The movers were apologetic and assured us that they would take care of it since the company had insurance. Our entertainment center cost over 800 dollars and the piece that was broken was a vital piece as it holds our entertainment center together. Later, they stated that the insurance covered 43 dollars and the owner ever so graciously (insert sarcasm) offered to pull out of his own pocket 7 dollars to make it an even 50. We told him the amount to replace that piece and asked to replace it instead he did not agree to replace what they damaged. We have a storage that needs moving and asked for services to move a few boxes from storage. He offered it at a discount. The discount they initially gave us was 60 an hour. They do not stick by their word on their website to protect us and our property. Their insurance is worthless. We tipped their guys 50 dollars for their courtesy and kindness and their assurance to take care of the damages. I would not take their offer to move our tiny storage because I figured what if they damage something else. we are actually losing money by hiring this company. I do not recommend this company at all. I wouldn't even accept a free move from them any longer (if they even offered that) with how we were treated...as if our valued things are none of their concern. we weren't asking for something unreasonable just to pay the price of the broken piece for us to order or them purchase the part that they broke themselves. We were very grateful for our handyman and his crew who were there assisting us and to witness this teams vulgar remarks about my mothers undergarments, amongst other innoproprient commentaries about certain art and furniture. Plus, they left a lot there at the old house that we had to go back and try our best to pick up ourselves. Which was VERY difficult. Our family is STILL finding items that were handled in the worst care possible. A multitude of thousands of dollars in damages, and they could only give us back $50, and yet we still haven't seen that $50 dollars yet. Broken furniture, heavy objects stacked on electronics, handpainted paintings that were stuffed with other heavy wall decor and paintings with little to no cushioning. Boxes that were marked with two syllables or less, if any at all. Completely shattered family heirlooms dating back from the 1920s and before from our church and blood relatives from both sides. Hand-made gifts from our loved ones who are no longer with us that can NEVER be replaced. We do not recommend this company at all to anyone.

Then they come with a small truck and the movers just randomly stack things and don't maximize the trucks space. They were not able to get all of my stuff and it's a typic 3 bedroom house. I still have 25% of my stuff left to figure out how to move. They then had one of my furniture pieces fall and it hit the floor hard. I asked is all good and they said yes. Then I realized it fell and hit the wall and damaged my piece and wall and they lied about it. When I showed them they just huffed and said oh man. There was 1 guy that doesn't have any moving experience and had his pants sagging mid way almost near his knees while moving!!! It took him forever to move one room. I jumped in to help. I used this company a couple years ago for my move from San Antonio to Austin and had zero complaints. So I called up Anything Goes Ent. and was setting up a same day move within 5 minutes! David & Sunny were at my brother's place in 2 hours and did an awesome job They worked hard, were friendly, and got everything done before the rain started! I'll definitely be using these guys when I get a house and will recommend these guys to every one until then
