I have rented a 10 ft truck from this location. i was qouted 78$ total when i returned the trUck with gas to the same level. i was told all is good but when i got the email i was charged for gas 12.75$ and 15.69 $ credit card fee. Not cool! When I arrived 5 minute before my appointment - 1 person was getting fingerprinted, another lady needed help w a package and a gentleman was in line. When I arrived I tried to space myself from everyone - one worker could not maintain it! Then quickly 5 more people come in and the space is small y'all! I told her the man in front of me was next then she just keeps taking people behind me bc my finger print takes more time! What ! I made an appointment AND I'm just as important and need to go back to work too! Went in to pick up uhaul but was at the wrong location. So happy for the mistake because the lady working in the facility lacks basic customer service and professionalism. 1 wasn't greeted upon entrance 2. Unhelpful when trying to figure out that I was at the wrong pickup location 3. Didn't want to answer my fiancé's questions about truck sizes. Extremely Rude! The lady who owns the place is always rude can never greet anyone and always nit picks at little things. Charges for every little thing with no remorse. Accidentally receive the wrong fax? Thats a charge. Spend 30 seconds extra on the slow computers they have? Thats a charge Talk on your phone? Thats a charge O wait no they cant charge for that but will ask you to take it outside. If you spend more than 10 minutes in that place you will definitely feel unwelcome. I go here as a last resort. I gladly make the trip up the street just so I dont have the feeling of not being appreciated as a customer and being treated rude. read more

Reading reviews (that ownership has changed) explains why a good experience here several years ago was NOT repeated yesterday, 5/18/20, when I attempted to ship a fedex package. I walked in to loud, combative language that took me by surprise. At first I thought a customer maybe refused to wear a mask (this is covid time), but after a few seconds I gathered that an employee (owner?? Slender youngish man who seemed rather territorial) was "upset" with a middle-age lady, for reasons not obvious to me, just walking into the situation. He was "Goin' postal" on her, IMHO, pointing at her face while aggressively making whatever point he was making. I debated staying around, then decided to stay after he went into the non-public section of the business. A few seconds later he was back in the public area and seemed composed, but then again - for reason(s) not obvious to me - he returned to going off on the same lady, something about "THE WAY YOU TALK TO ME IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!" I wanted to say to him that HIS lack of self-control and his unabashed unprofessionalism - ESPECIALLY in front of other customers- was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE to me, but 1). He wouldn't have heard me, given his current rage-a-thon, and 2). I could only guess what form of rage would be unleashed on me. So, I walked out and found a different location to ship my package. I will NEVER set foot in this location again. The whole experience upset me for sometime after, and I witnessed just a few seconds. I don't believe he was wearing a face mask (covid time) tho I can't swear to it, and that the other employees appeared not surprised by the outburst made me guess this was not unusual tho again, I'm just guessing. I also wondered if it was a gender thing, as he was the only male in the place at the time. As I was recounting this upsetting experience to my hubby last night, I remembered that a male was walking out the door as I was walking in, and while he verbally said nothing, his body language suggested to me he was frustrated, which I guessed (at the time) maybe meant he was tired of waiting for whatever and he left. Now I wonder if the hostile employee situation is what made him leave. read more

this place is pathetic. Twice they have misplaced my outgoing mail and once not enough stamps. The latest, they lost an envelope with a $100 money order. The party that I send it to never got. I waited 2 months before applying for a replacement money order(minus $15). These people have no idea what they are doing. Never again read more

Unfortunately this location is not as friendly or helpful as the one at Sonterra. I have dropped off a few USPS prepaid packages here. This last time I walked in and the lady at the counter took my box without saying anything, keyed in my tracking info and gave me a receipt without a single word! It was so awkward. Another time I went in and two people,employees, were in the back watching some type of comedy show on the computer which was fine except it was really loud and had a bunch of curse words. I'm no saint but that seems pretty unprofessional especially if someone came in with kids.Just saying. read more

Been in here twice since the regular lady retired. Went in to get finger prints and they guy gufed (ugh) and rolled his eyes. The second time I went in to get prints and the I told the moody woman that works there that there was an error message but she kept messing with her phone instead. The prints didn't work because she didn't listen about the error message. Don't waste your time there. The 2 people that "work" there are not interested in helping you. read more

Its unfortunate to have to write this review. Usually I can get in and out of the store in just a couple minutes. I'm only there once a month as required by my company to FedEx materials to them. I came into the store this past weekend with my young daughter and prepared this month's shipment as required by Federal requirements of the job I work. When I turned to the lady at the counter, she finished the preparations (computer information and sticking a plastic envelope for my pre-printed FedEx account information) and charged me $1.08 for using tape to affix "Do Not Open" warnings on the interior layer. I honestly did not carry any money in with me. I had to repeat that I did not have any money on me because all preparation costs were included in the FedEx account just handed to her. I had to repeat 3 times to the lady behind the counter; she slit the package open and handed me my materials materials back. I was lucky that she didn't cut any deeper as I would have had to return home prepare another set of envelopes to replace the ones she would have damaged. I ended up leaving the store and drove another 15 miles to find a different FedEx station. I asked them first "Do you charge for tape used in preparation of shipping." They did not, and my package was sent out. Kudos to the second one. Regret with the first one. I, and others who have to do this, will probably not be patronizing this store for a long while. read more

So I've been going to this place for over 7 years for my mailing needs.... Even more so these past 2 years because my son is in the Army. I sent my son a package for his birthday to Guam since he's in deployment and he hasn't received it. I have ALL my receipts except for this package. It's been 3 weeks. I asked the owner if she kept records and if she could check July 1st. She did and she said if I give her another date she would check. There was one other customer there. As people started to arrive (5 customers) she got perplexed and continued with the package I was sending. I wrote my info and my son's info on a paper. Completed my transaction and told her, I know you're very busy, but when you can find time can you look for my receipt...... She cut me off, turned my paper over and said, "You can't ask me to find the receipt because I work long hours, I leave here late and I'm tired. That's why i give you a reciept so you have your own records!" I walked away discouraged. FYI: I know owning a small business is extremely taxing but I always go beyond for those who are my great and frequent customers even if it's a last minute order (You know who you are)...... I've always had a really good convo with her and she asks about my children. It's just every upsetting to be dismissed...... Needless to say, I won't be using there services anymore. read more
