After having come to this location for over 2 years dealing with reducing hours and reducing hours. They charge more and now reduced hours to the point where they are unusable. I used to recommend them to everyone now I will go to the locations closer to my house. Shame on them. read more

We have several "postal" shipping centers in the neighborhood. one right by me at Kroger's. This shop located next to HEB Curbside on Kempwood, has become my Go-To for Notary and Shipping. I even had a post box here 13 years ago. Just this week I had to get a 50th wedding anniversary gift to Poway California, pronto and they got it taken care of. Quick and not too expensive. They encourage 5 star ratings, but I give them one anyhow because they earn it on each visit. read more

Alright, I take back my good review of this place because it is a complete and total ripoff. I have been sort of blindly mailing packages through them even though the prices seemed quite high because I just didn't have time to cross-check. However, I went in there today with a box measuring 16L x 12W x 5.5H and it weighed about 3.5 lbs. I was mailing it from Houston to LA via the cheapest method possible which is usually USPS. I was charged almost $22 to ship this package (no confirmation or tracking #) and, considering that probably exceeds the value of the items I was shipping, I decided to cross-check on the USPS website. Sure enough, even if I round up to 4 lbs and choose all the most conservative options, the cheapest method was cost $10.75. They charged me DOUBLE. I could've gone to the post office and chosen priority 2nd day for the price that they charged me. I went in and confronted the guy and he told me that I probably have some sort of discount with USPS. Seriously? Then he defaulted to say it was just a computer program that they gave them so he just plugs in the numbers. That may be true, but in any case I will not be going back here even though it is convenient. read more

They advertise they take UPS/FedEx packages. I walk in to drop off a pre-packaged, pre-labeled UPS envelope and the young lady at the counter tells me they don't give receipts. Whaaaa? She offered to take a picture of it...ummm, unless you're walking it to the destination yourself, that doesn't really do me any good now does it? This is the same place I came a few years ago with an open box and they wanted to charge me $2 for a 1' stretch of packaging tape to seal it. Ummmm, yea ok whatever. As I did then, I did again today...left the store. Why offer the service if you're going to do it 1/2 ass? read more

I stopped going here years ago. I had to return via UPS and had a shipping label on my package, as i explained to the clerk I was dropping it off for pick up, I was informed they charge $2 and up just to drop off. I reported this to UPS and never went back. Attitudes are an issue as well. read more

This place is great. I like going to them much more than the post office as the post office charges me for everything - tape to tape a box and packaging material. Over here I've never been charged to use tape to tape up boxes. I've never been charged to add packing material to a box. Here they handle packages with care and the people who work here are friendly (unlike the grumpy people at the post office). This is a good place to do business. read more

Huge ripoff, not great custom service. I went to mail a large envelope and it wasn't that heavy it was going to cost over $12 so I refused and left. Took the same package to the post office, only cost $7. Also, the weight at this company was somehow almost 7 ounces heavier than the weight at the post office- obviously this place is a scam. read more

Wish I had read the other reviews before wasting my time going in here. It is a HUGE rip off. I took my mums birthday card to mail to England and they wanted to charge me $4.34. I took it to the post office and they charged me the standard $1.20. Also the weight they measured my card at was more than in the post office. I asked her why it was more expensive and she said it was a service up charge. I understand they have to make money but 360% up charge for service!!!! The post office is just a few minutes drive from here. I recommend you go straight there and by pass this place. It should be illegal to have incorrect scales. This clearly isn't a one off. read more

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Don't go there. I waited 45 minutes to send a FedEx package because the only employee capable of sending it would be back in 5 minutes when I arrived. She NEVER showed. I took my package to a real FedEx store. I always knew te place was a ripoff, but convenience prevailed. No more. read more
