If there is nothing you take away from this review, then know this: customer service is paramount and Hector is the man. Having had such great experiences with PostNet back in NY, I was super ecstatic to find a location in this part of HTown. The 5 star ratings drew me in and I can tell right away they're all about putting customers first. They greet people on sight, are patient with explaining all the different things they do (copying, shipping, printing, etc.) and happy to help in any way they can. The difference with Hector was that he was willing to refer me to other services without any bit of a hard sell. He was forthcoming with my requests on a sudden print job and was good about setting my expectations without deliberately disappointing me. He was professional, resourceful, and put me in the right direction about what to do with my particular print job. For future reference, try to aim a week out for complicated and large print work. I DO NOT recommend you go here for printing services. The owner Jorge is VERY RUDE and had a bad attitude the entire time. He was rolling his eyes at customers as they would ask for help. They did not have not have good system. I ended up printing my own stuff on the self help section of the office as they were ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. Went in to rent mailbox. These guys were great. Really nice, really friendly, and attentive. Super glad I chose Postnet for a mailbox service. I don't have any doubt they will be just at attentive and portray the same professional customer service as they did today. Dropped off my package on March 17th 2022 and got my receipt before I left. When recipient received my package it was just an empty box! I went back to the store and they said they cant do anything about it. They stated they dont open the boxes they just hand it off to the third party picking up. I know I packaged my electronic securely and this had to be opened! Don' drop your packages here if its valuable!! read more

I agree with the previous reviews here. These guys (I need to get to know their names!) have been top notch the last 4-5 times I've been here. Granted, it's been for very simple returns, but some stores can screw this up or are just plain miserable to visit. The upside is everyone here is cheerful to do their work and they are highly efficient. The biggest upside I LOVE about is every time I bring in something to ship with my return label, the guys simply take everything and say "you're all set!". Meaning, they took care of the packing and shipping without needing me to stick around to punch in any kind of transaction. This will be my go to place going forward so long as they keep up the great work! Update 10/24: came here Sat afternoon at 4:57p and they had the store closed up - gates down and all. This is your regular Postnet, with the option of having your own mailbox, etc, internet, printing and mailing services, but what sets them apart from the post office for me is their nice attitude. Walked through the door, was greeted, and asked if I had a FedEx or UPS package, then they offered to carry the box from my trunk to their counter! Awesome! They also accepted my stamped postal mail. I STAND CORRECTED. I got my locations mixed. I'm changing my review to 4 STARS. I didn't do my shredding here - IT WAS A DIFF PLACE ON RICE BLVD - but I did stop in here a couple of times to check on capacity to shred. The team was very nice and apologetic whenever I came in and asked. But I think they have the same problem with the shredding being "secure". Extra kudos to the manager for his professional response in light of my not so nice review. DELETE [First, they offer shredding services from Southern Shred. Now, mind you, this is supposed to be secure shredding. You put your documents in the LOCKED shred bin. NOT AT THIS PLACE. The bin is unlocked. In fact, the employees don't let you put your documents in the bin yourself, THEY DO IT FOR YOU. Not sure how that complies with the following from Southern Shred's website: "IT'S NOBODY'S BUSINESS BUT YOURS! When you deposit your sensitive material into our secure, locked containers, you get the peace of mind of knowing that those documents will not fall into the wrong hands. Our NAID Certification requires Southern Shred to be audited by a Certified Professional on a regular basis, including random unannounced visits. This assures you that we have met the strictest security standards available." Won't be going back there. Not only the security issue, but one of the young ladies was extremely rude when I was trying to discuss with the employees how them putting the documents in the bin was "secure". My go to shipping spot! Never go to the post office again! The nicest man owns this small shipping spot, tucked in a little shopping center on Bisonette next to Pinks Pizza. They store all the addresses I ship to in their computer and I never have to fill anything out. They even packed all my Christmas presents for me!! Can't say enough great things! Since I found PostNet, I will never again use FedEx/Kinkos for copying services. Today, the attendant stood by me and helped me copy a large packet of pages in color, b/w, and odd shapes. And the color copy charge was very reasonable. I hope more people use PostNet because I hate to see another hands-on small business with excellent service be swallowed up by a franchise. read more
