They offer post office boxes that are accessible 24 hrs a day. The post office boxes are regular sized, so packages won't fit in them. No problem, they hold your packages for you. They ship with the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx. The employees are very customer oriented.

Nevertheless, the6 do take Amazon returns, package them, and label them according to the Amazon guidelines. Receipts are given to confirm your drop off. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a business in my life…read more This entire interaction lasted less than two minutes, and I left completely shocked by the way I was spoken to. I walked in, smiled, and said, "Hi, how are you?" I was ignored. Thinking maybe she didn't hear me, I asked again. Instead of even the most basic courtesy, I was met with hostility. The older woman working there looked at me like I was an idiot and spoke to me with complete contempt. I have never felt so unwelcome in a place of business. To make matters worse, the store smelled like an ashtray. Between the overpowering smell of cigarette smoke and the unbelievably rude customer service, it was one of the most unpleasant customer experiences I've ever had. There is absolutely no excuse for treating another human being the way I was treated. Everyone has bad days, but that does not give anyone the right to belittle or disrespect customers. If this is the owner, I sincerely hope she reflects on how she treats people because it is unacceptable. If she is an employee, management should seriously consider whether this is the kind of person they want representing their business. I had already researched available prices in San Marcos online and knew that the USPS Ground Advantage price should be around $34. When I asked about this, the man helping me innocently continued to tell me the USPS Ground Advantage was $88. When I went directly to USPS to mail my package, they confirmed that that increase in price at the Wonder World Pak Mail (under newer ownership) was purely profit driven, can you believe the markup?! Stay far away from this shady shipping location. And remember, they do nothing but take the package here!, it's still USPS who picks it up from them and does all the work.
