All I can say about this location is 'wow'. I am so happy that I have a box here and that I've done business here for nearly 5 years. The people that work here have always been amazing and know exactly what I want even before I do. Leandra, Brandon and Kai are always there with a smile and happy attitudes! Then there is Billie. I cannot say enough good things about her as well. Again, she's always there with a smile and a kind word, but also she and her crew are always there, making me feel like a family member, and not just a customer. The woman acted like she was upset that she actually had to talk to us much less help us. Mind you, both packages already had the labels and were prepaid. Didn't greet us when we walked in or acknowledge our thank you when we left. The only reason it got two stars instead of one is because the location is convenient. read more

We love our local UPS stores! We always have the best service with super friendly smiles! Anytime of day that I've been at any of the New Braunfels UPS stores I'm always greeted and quickly served, even in high traffic times. I'm a big Amazon shopper, and sometimes I'm given the "absolute joy" of returning my adult children's Amazon purchases . I'm always greeted with the same smile! Johnny and ALL OF THE TEAM MEMBERS working with him always seem happy and enjoy being at work. During this time, it's always nice to see happy people having fun working. I had to bring in equipment from AT&T and I was helped by Jean. She is such a sweetheart! She was assisting another customer and made eye contact with me and told me someone would help me shortly. When I got to the counter, she held a conversation with me the whole time. Very personable! Both ladies were very nice and helpful. I don't know the other lady's name. Won't be back. They will gladly take your money to ship a package but will not stand by their service. I paid extra to get an important packaged delivered on a particular date. Their system stated the zip code had changed to the shipping address. I stood there and called the receiver and they confirmed the new zip that this UPS stores system had. Package was not delivered on time (actually 2 days late) and their claim is that I changed the zip code. That I did. I did not. I went with this stores suggested shipping info. I asked for the amount only that I paid extra for to get the package there by that date. They will not take ownership of their services but will surely take and keep your money. read more

I only go here whenever I need to fax or ship something. You can also do bulk shredding (I think its $1.00 per lb.). I have never had to wait in line because they always have plenty of staff. I always see them helping people on the floor and they always say hi and smile when you walk through the door! read more

Manager was rude and lacked customer service. I walked into mail a package and started discussing the account number that I needed to use. Before I could even finish I was informed I cannot use that account number because it was somebody else's. I told her that the Account was provided by AT&T to ship back a modem. We had to go back-and-forth a couple times before she understood that I need to finish my sentence.
