I dropped off a package going USPS with a label already pre-printed and taped on my package. The package left the next day, according to the receptionist, but my package tracking STILL says "Shipping Label Created - USPS awaiting item." It has been 5 days since the carrier supposedly picked up my package and was on route to the destination. USPS is no help as they can't see anything since nothing is scanned, and PostalAnnex+ has no idea, but confirmed SOMEONE took the package. Who knows where it went, but the package contents cost north of $1500 so hooray for me. PostalAnnex+ should require the initial scan from any and all carriers because now the package at this point is nearly considered lost, and all i can do is open up a "missing package" case which does absolutely nothing - especially when no tracking has been updated in the system.. read more

Have been ignored by the employees as they talk to one another about an internal issue. Then make to feel I was n interruption/ burden as they served me. I had to ship back 3 things from amazon. 2 already had a label and the other needed postage. The woman at the counter took my prepaid packages and gave me a receipt to prove that I did send back the packages. She said to get the receipt because sometimes things get lost in the mail and that's my insurance to show that I dropped it off and to track the package. For the other package, she weighed it and told me my options on shipping. I decided to go with the cheapest option. I like that they try their best to save you money. The ladies who worked here were friendly and provided great customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone living nearby. While I was there, I also had a key made. DONT NOT NOTARIZE HERE What a HORRIBLE experience I had today at this location. The notary made me feel as if I was trying to lie, steal or somehow implying that I may be doing something illegal. I was trying to get a paper notarized for our family trust. The girl with red hair and ponytail looked over my paper FOR ABOUT A WHOLE MINUTE, proceeds to ask me for my power of attorney documents. I obliged, I had to go out to my car to my paperwork to show her, making me feel like I was doing something illegal. I had my ID ready to provide along with my power of attorney. The document had a spelling error that needed correcting. She would NOT allow me to fix the error and reprint the document there saying"she didn't feel comfortable with me printing another document or just fixing the name as needed. EASY fix. But again SHE DIDNT FEEL COMFORTABLE. With the store full of people I was completely embarrassed and humiliated and made to feel as if I was a criminal. Politeness isn't the fix for a poor customer experience. -5 stars read more

LONG REVIEW: This place is amazing! Diane the owner is awesome! I have been here twice to do my printing and they have outstanding service, quality printing and paper. My experience here and kinkos was night and day difference. Kinkos cost $.65 cents to print one sided paper and the the paper is so cheap it's almost see through and not to mention the color quality was horrible. It is also self service. I designed my Fiancés bridal shower games and we had to print out at least 200 pages in color at kinkos which was going to cost me well over $120 for bad prints. I couldn't believe how bad the pricing was so I looked around and called Postal Annex. The young lady on the phone was super sweet and helpful. They charge around $.17 cents per color print out on professional quality paper. I paid somewhere around $35 for all my printouts!! I used them recently for my grandmas funeral programs. I needed them to print on card stock and they came out amazing. Everyone was so pleased at the quality of the prints. Thank you so much for being an amazing business and providing the absolute customer experience. I will be printing only at postal annex from now on. read more

It was a cure store with cute small stuff and God! superb service! Fred was absolutely excellent! He packaged a lot of our stuff so patiently and so carefully that amazed us. He spent a lot of his time to take care of smallest details and was so patient, calm and friendly at all time. This is located across the street from the post office on Kramer, and I came in on a Saturday to ship some Christmas gifts. Fred helped me and was lovely.
