I am highly upset I paid 75$ to have finger prints done on 4/24 for bsis. Awaiting my license clearance it took me 2 months and hours of phone calls to get this straightened out all because the gentleman that took my prints forgot to attach my SSN on the paperwork it never got sent thru. Came here one Saturday after our Sports Tournament as was or is close to the location of where our game was! They have what I call Year books! Year, for example, I Was Born In 1939, I Was Born in 1962, I Was Born in 2001, etcetera! Year 2001 is last one of years! Inside these books has calendar of that year, it has what the price of certain items was that year, what teams won in the championships, such as Super Bowl Sunday, World Series, N B A Championship, what was popular on television, so forth! What really got my attention was post cards! I purchased six, five of them of I think neighbor town Rose Ville! The five, because it has picture of Tower Theater in this town Rose Ville, some future time MARLIN FISH from that Sacra hotel you knowing where, you knowing when, you knowing who, wants taking me to this Tower Theater! The person, did not get his name, he say he is a manager! Short brown hair! He says when I ask, saying that as example, Emeryville is a small town but neighbor town to me in Oakland! He says, "Yes, the Rose Ville is a neighbor town here of Sacramento (Sacra as I like say it)! It is less fifteen miles from here!" Why did I buy six? The price was three for $1.00 before tax, I might well double the amount! I want to have because it has the picture of the Tower Theater! Cost was $2.16 with tax, I gave him $5.00, how nice that he rounds it, gives me $2.85 back instead of the $2.84! Really, unless is Christmas time, I have no use for the pennies! Christmas time, I just put them in my Salvation Army kettle for bell ringing! Ah yes, they also sell postage stamps! I even saw a small area says where person can drop their mail, it will be mailed, so I guess is like their equivalent of a mail box! read more

I recently sold an item on eBay and had not been able to find the correct size box to ship it in. I've been to a few different shipping stores with no luck. I also spend an hour trying to make my own at home and decided it wasn't worth the risk to ship something across the country in pieced together box. I went to this location of PostalAnnex+ based on Yelp review and was not disappointed. The guy I spoke with (I'm assuming he is the owner or manager) looked for a box that the store sells, but the closest one was larger than necessary. There happened to be an open shipping box sitting in the floor that was the perfect size. I asked how much it would cost and since it had been used once and was about to be thrown away, he gave it to me. Wow! It didn't cost him a dime to get a future customer. I wish other businesses would try to see things from the customer's standpoint and not by how much they will profit. read more

I needed to print a shipping label but their copies don't print from thumb drives. Holly took my drive and printed the label...for $2.15. That for one page. All she had to do was speak up and say that they charge a lot for printing from usb and I would have went somewhere else and came back to mail my package. I think it was disrespectful for her to surprise me with that price. read more
