Shoes we purchased online, proved to be the wrong size and we had to send it back via UPS per their instructions. I wrapped the shoe box up very carefully with, I thought was an approved method using heavy duty postal paper and clear postal tape . . I got to this UPS store and was told it had to be a box inside of a box. For a nominal fee, they would sell me a box. I said no, I went home and put the shoebox in the only box I had which was 10 times bigger than the shoe box and they took it. And you wonder why UPS is laying off 20,000 people. read more

I'm super happy that I discovered that Antelope had recently opened up this UPS store that's close to my house! I usually have had to drive 15 minutes away to the Greenback and San Juan location, and swore I'd never go to that location ever again, only due to the crazy small and hard to navigate parking lot that is a challenge every time I went! This Antelope location is located in a strip mall and parking is a total breeze! The employees I've encountered each time have been very helpful and professional and I always leave here very satisfied with their service! The shop is super neat and clean and they have a nice area where you can print documents or copy them, and it's very cozy and clean inside. They also have a nice selection of shipping supplies for sale. My biggest appreciation is the fact they partner with Amazon at processing returns, and made my first return a completely easy and less stressful experience than I expected! It was almost too easy and the young man who assisted me was super positive and helpful!! I will return here for any of my shipping and return needs in the future and welcome to the neighborhood! This is the best UPS store in the area they are always fast, friendly, and super efficient.

We had to mail several packages and get some items notarized and they offer both services. We were greeted when we walked in and only had to wait a couple of minutes for assistance. The notary had everything ready and told us the amount for the notary as well as what was needed to complete the forms. For the packages we told them what we needed and they told us the cost and told us when UPS picks up. Quick service and staff were friendly. read more

Edit; manager called me and said they could refund 3 months. I will update if that actually happens. Apparently they were unaware that the county doesn't accept ups mail box addresses, so this is news to them. Seems like something they should be aware of, so when I told the cashier WHY I was buying it they could have warned me. Not ideal, but it's a little grace so I will remove my 1 star rating. -------- I went to buy a mailbox yesterday for 6 months to use as I started a business. AT NO TIME did the cashier tell me it's non refundable. Today the county told me they don't accept mailboxes for a business address. So I go back to cancel and at least get at least some of the cost back Nope. They flat out refuse even a penny. No warning, no grace period. I went into the NEW UPS Store in Antelope located next to Winco. The owner was friendly and very helpful. I went in to print some items and see if they do Live Scan fingerprinting. They will be doing Live Scan in the next month or so, they are waiting for the equipment. It was easy to email the PDF files I needed printed and she was so kind and didn't even charge me for the 3 pages I needed printed. They have mail boxes and and copy machines. The young man helped me with the Amazon return procedure on my phone, printed a label, gave me a receipt, answered a phone call, solving that problem, acknowledged another customer who came in, all at the same time. He had a pleasant demeanor and was so efficient, I was out of there in six minutes! This will definitely be my UPS store, especially since it's right next to WinCo where I shop. read more

I recently stopped at this UPS store as I was in the neighborhood and had a SHEIN return that I had to return, but I had thrown away the shipping bag so I brought my stuff here as I am able to return the SHEIN merchandise, with just a QR code but because I needed a packing bag to ship it back in they quoted me a total of 7.99 for the bag which is extremely overpriced considering I normally go to the Carmichael box shop and pay between one and three dollars for the same size bag when I need to return something somewhere I can't believe They charge that much just to ship a simple order back although the staff was very friendly packing supplies are very overcharged. read more

I went in to drop off an Amazon return and even though it said return to Staples because the one in McClellan was closed, they still could've taken it. Returns are returns. I accidentally hit the Staples button, and when I went in they refused to take it. Very RUDE and really didn't know what she was doing!! I came in here for a live scan. There was a line out of the door! The website stated they provide live scans and they welcome walk-in's. I waited in line and when I finally got up to the register, the woman told me "it's not working." Nothing else. Not helpful at all and rude. Please update your website if your services are not available or the very least put a sign on your door so customers don't need to wait in line and waste their time. read more

I went to this location to do an Amazon return for a very large and heavy pool pump and found out that they were already closed for about 5 minutes. The gentleman working named SHIF saw me and my nephew standing there with this large heavy box in hand. I started to walk away and SHIF was kind enough to allow me to enter and take care of this transaction. Granted I understand that they have business hours that should be upheld and it was my fault for not looking at their business hours. But the fact that SHIF took the time to consider this exception without me having to ask was proof that excellent customer service and human kindness still exists! I arrived at around 6:50pm tried walking in, but the doors were locked/closed not realizing the store closed at 6:30pm. The kind manager which had her children with her was turning off the lights and ready to walk out to close the store but she let me in, turned on the lights and computer and checked in my package for me to drop off! The staff here is incredibly rude! They talk poorly about customers behind their backs. I came in to print, and it was so expensive--definitely not worth it! DO NOT PRINT HERE! You can find places that offer it for three times cheaper. When I tried to print, they wouldn't let me do it myself and didn't give me all my papers. I am so impressed with this UPS location. I had to return a large package from Amazon. I had issues with both Amazon and UPS corporate not providing the correct information. I went into the UPS store on Walerga to return and was told that Amazon had not provided the correct label. I was expecting to be told the store couldn't help me. I got the opposite. The staff was super friendly, patient and helpful. Great customer service even as the store lines filled up. She used the store phone to connect me with Amazon, instructed me on what to ask for and helped me print the label. Made an online appointment for a notary at the 4207 Elverta Road location. Received email confirmation for the time slot. When I showed up, I had the printed confirmation. No notary was available to help me. They stated the notary called and left a message trying to confirm, and that it was my fault. I never received any phone message. Staff did not provide any solutions like checking other locations that could help with a walk-in so I just left. I definitely do not recommend this location or their website appointments for notary. read more
