    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Jeweler paid for 2nd day air and sent to UPS store for secure pickup. Have done this before. Today, arrived and told by clerk package not there. Provided tracking- then told it was there. Brings it out- has ticket - handwritten $5.00 pickup. I ask why this cost. Asked for written bill for service. Clerk says "for delivery" I ask to speak with Owner- who is there badmouthing another employee. Owner threatens to keep my package if I don't pay her "fee" I ask why being charged and she starts screaming at me about her overhead costs. Said I wanted her policy in writing- she doesn't have it. Package needed signature on their pad which said O.00 cost. She then made up a "package only size fee" cost. I paid it -but knowing this is not right. DO NOT GO HERE! She mad dogged me. She was rude and argumentative.

    I had a package that I had to shop which had some complications. The folks were super nice and patient and helped me with it. Two thumbs up.

    This is my go-to UPS as they accept returns without packaging. Whenever I go, they are quick and courteous. Today i went around 1:30pm and a gentleman was ready to greet and help me right away where sometimes i feel like i have to wait. And there were 2 other people working so definitely didnt feel understaffed. It was also cool inside and felt clean and organized. Def recommend this UPS!

    Really like this UPS Store--it's right next to one of my favorite Thai spots, which makes running errands way easier. What stood out most is their self-service return kiosk, something I've never seen before. It lets you process returns completely on your own, which is perfect if you're short on time or stopping by right before closing. Super quick, no waiting in long lines, and incredibly user-friendly. The staff here are always welcoming and helpful, and the location itself is clean and well-organized. Definitely my go-to spot for any quick shipping, drop-offs, or returns. Efficient service, modern setup, and genuinely friendly people--can't ask for more from a UPS Store.

That level of responsiveness already told me they care about their customers. When I went into the store, I was a little unsure about the notarization & apostle process, but the employee took the time to thoroughly explain everything and walked me through the entire process step-by-step to make sure I submitted my documents correctly. They were patient, professional, and made something that felt confusing incredibly simple. Even better, after submitting the documents, I had everything processed and back to me within 48 hours. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Excellent customer service, fast turnaround, and very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Postal Annex to anyone who needs notarization or shipping services. I'll definitely be coming back!

I stopped in to drop off a few return packages since it was conveniently on my way home -- big mistake. Chuck (who I believe is the owner) didn't scan any of my packages, which was immediately suspicious. When I questioned it, he said they don't scan these kinds of packages... yet he ended up scanning the FedEx one but not the USPS one. When I asked for a receipt, he refused and said, "We don't do that here." I had never heard of a shipping place that didn't offer drop-off receipts. I was caught off guard and honestly should've asked for my packages back right then, but I was a bit shocked. I turned right back around and came back to retrieve them and he said no because once packages are "past the counter," he couldn't return them and they're already all mixed up. I pointed out that he didn't even scan my packages.. and I could clearly see one of my packages. I even offered to match my ID, but he refused and was incredibly rude about it. I should've read the reviews before stopping by this location.. that's on me. But now I'm so worried my packages will get lost or never make it to their destination. This is a ridiculous way to run a shipping business. I will never come here again and will absolutely be warning others to stay far away.

    Received very poor quality customer service/ interaction with male associate on 1/15/26 around…read more10:40am. I requested tape to secure a set of music instruments (drums with mallets) together prior to return to Amazon. Associate insisted I just put it in a plastic bag, took item from my hands, and did this action. I repeated my desire to secure the mallets to the set of drums twice. Since he refused again, I said I can just take them home, tape them, and come back. 3-4 times repeating my request he seemed to get annoyed and took the tape out, taped the mallets to the set. Amazon has recently started to refuse refunds for missing/incomplete returns, so that's my reason for the request. I'll try to remember better to tape items at home, but this was a very simple request. I have had associates handle return items and bagging recently that have shown up as "incomplete" on Amazon's and I've spent additional time trying to correct the return later. This was at a UPS store branch. I also had two items end up mislabeled (associate somehow swapped the label)- this was at another location. I am very careful in how I handle and process returns, understand mistakes can be made, but please consider the customer's request in the future. I was very clear, intentional and direct, and understand why I asked: I want to try to reduce the errors made when returning items.
