Nice guy, tons of mailing envelopes, notary, AND he copies keys? Score! After wasting 20 minutes waiting at Home Depot to get a single key copied, we stormed out with the intent of going to Lowe's down the street. However, after a quick yelp search, I discovered this little spot hidden in Vons. Hubby was able to get a paper notarized and we were able to get a key copied in this one place!! Convenient location, they're open later than the post office, and do not charge some insanely high fee to ship your stuff. Of course there's a fee, but it's waay less than other similar places in the area. I'm an eBay and Listia seller, so I'm always in need of supplies and I refuse to buy shipping supplies anywhere else. This store has by far the best prices, they have any size box u could ever need, a huge variety of bubble envelopes, anything else you may need to package items- fragile or not, and their employees are always super helpful and friendly. read more

I've been back here recently to get a bunch of stuff notarized, and I still experienced the same wonderful service.

I needed a document notarized for my disabled Uncle. We came to this location. It was 6:57pm and the store closed at 7. The owner Hanif still assisted us. He was kind and courteous to us. He even went to his backroom to get my cane using Uncle a chair to relax in. We completed the notary process at 7:20p. Hanif never rushed us or made us feel unwanted even though it was after business hours. Fantastic service. We will definitely return. read more

The Postal Annex is incredibly convenient with all the 4 major freighters in one location. But even better - their Customer Service is stellar. Nate (I think his name was) and the Owner were flawlessly professional and polite. I simply emailed over a document on two different occasions, and they printed them without hesitation. Then I dropped over to pick up the Docs and complete mailing the package. One of the times we kept them several minutes past closing and the Owner had the absolute patience of a Saint. This store is highly recommend. They are willing to EARN your business. In return you will be treated with respect. You can't get that just anywhere so treat yourself...bring your parcels here.! read more

I signed up for a year rental of a P.O. box here. For the majority of the year, things were fine. Towards the end, we started getting a LOT of mail from other boxes. These were names not even close to the name of my business, nor did it have our box number on it. The really bad experience though was when a client dropped off a signed and notarized real estate deed for us there. The client described leaving it with the owner Hanif. We contacted them to make sure they had it and were told they did not. I thereafter traveled down personally to speak to Hanif the owner to clarify the situation. Apparently he had heard about us calling, since he started off immediately after I asked about it badgering me and asking "what do you want me to do?". I had only come down to see from him if he could check since he was the owner, maybe there was miscommunication. He would not let me speak and was incredibly rude. Long story short, this very important legal document never materialized and the treatment I received from Hanif made sure that I would not renew my rental there. If you want to work with someone who cares about your business and is level headed and courteous, this is the wrong place. read more

I've only recently discovered PostalAnnex+ and I'm so happy I have. Hanif and Nate are two of the nicest people I've encountered in customer service. Their prices for faxing and notary are better than anywhere else I've found, and I'm always greeted with a smile, kind word and helpful attitude. The owner of Postal Annex in the Torrance Crossroads, Mr. Hanif Thakor, couldn't be a nicer person. He is very customer oriented and goes the extra mile (or few minutes) to assist his customers. I've had keys made there, I've used the Fed Ex and UPS services and even their fax machine in the past. It is a plus Mr. Thakor is a notary public. I try to even buy my stamps from them, even large quanities such as for Christmas, just to show my appreciation of their quality service. When I was working I would mail all of my business packages from here to my Chicago office. Now that I'm retired I still use Hanif for all of my packages and to buy stamps. The other day I had a prepaid UPS box to ship and one of the other gentlemen kindly added additional tape for me and sent it off (no profit for them, but great customer service). I will NEVER go back to the post office. Hanif and his crew are fast, friendly and efficient. They are also conveniently located inside of Vons so I can kill 2 birds with one stone.
