I had a problem with my mailing address and he helped me to solve it patiently. I was there 15 mins before their close time at 6:00pm, but he still helped me for extra 30mins. This is a wonderful little Postal Center. They offer a lot of different services including fax services key duplicating packing materials and snacks. They also do passport photos and make copies and you can drop off anything for UPS and FedEx and even DHL. I would guess that the number one service that is used here is for Amazon returns. Everybody who works here is really nice and sweet and they deserve a big recommendation. I'm not sure how could we return all of our Amazon purchases without postal Max. read more

I received a very important package at Friday 1 pm. I went to pick it up at Saturday 10am . I had a mortification in my mailbox what is said my package is here . I went to the mail box and ask for it . A lady in a front desk told me she "can't found " it , probably the other girl " took is somewhere " . That how they are take care my packages? This is disgusting . If you want to make sure your package is safe , don't use this mail box !! read more

Not recommended. Gave an estimate for pack and ship and then doubled it when the item was presented. Had four conversations, two on the phone and two in the office, concerning the pack and ship of a queen size bed with mattresses. Gave exact dimensions that were later confirmed by the store. No problem, we do that kind of thing all the time. We will crate it, $700 including insurance at $3,000. Delivered the bed set to the store and was told they would have to re-measure it and will call when they were ready and would take CC info over the phone. Jim called to inform me that he had found a couple of outfits that would deliver the set but the price would increase; the new range would be between $1,500 and $2,400 and one of them needs a one week lead time. No insurance mentioned and the promised three day delivery was no longer possible. Seems like bait and switch to you? No thank you, I found a nice shop in Cerritos that will deliver the same bed set in three days for $600. Bit of a drive for me to Cerritos but they were clearly better able to handle large item deliveries. I toured there work area and it was full of boxed items, large and small, ready for shipment. read more

0 Star is too good for the postal store. This is the most unreliable postal I've EVER encountered. I usually don't write negative reviews, but I feel I should warn people. I would avoid this store at all costs. I had an extremely urgent international package to deliver & it was Friday 11.30ish, the options for being delivered on Tuesday 170$ & Wednesday 90$ .... we picked UPS 170$ Tuesday paying 80$ more, for it was urgent. It was noon on Friday. They had my phone & all the info. Monday morning I don't see any updates , I call UPS & they say it's still in store . I was beyond my self when I call , they calmly say they closed early on Friday & Saturday they didn't pick. I was in that store for 30 min mentioning how critical this documents is & weighing all the options......so if you can't deliver what your store is purposed for, you should not be in this business. The store clerk is incompetent & careless. They could have called me, the least to inform me.... knowing how desperate I was. This had caused us a change in airplane tickets & so much stress on my family for their unreliability. They said they'd gladly refund me & did, but in no way that would compensate the stress they caused upon us. They should fire that clerk. You don't accept a express delivery when you can't deliver!!!! Shame on you! There was no note that mentioned the store closing early for me or the ups pick to see . The very new owners have done a wonderful job of getting this postal store's reputation and level of customer service back to where Ardena and Ted left it when they sold it. They are very dependable and Peter is helpful as well as friendly. Plus, the business hours are consistent again! This place is awesome! I read a lot of horror stories about the USPS on western being completely bogged down due to a lack of stamp/envelope machine, so I elected to go here instead based on the glowing reviews of my fellow yelpers. Wow! The employees were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I was able to get my items shipped/handled in less than 5 minutes. There wasn't even a line. I've been here several times now, making miscellaneous shipments to people and if I remember correctly, the first time I went here, I was having the most horrible day ever. I brought my Fed Ex packages here because the week prior I had taken a package to the Fed Ex store down the street and the employees wanted to charge me $4 to put foam in a box and tape. The Postal Max Etc. shipped two of the same boxes spent time to make sure the items were properly packaged AND did it with a great attitude. This is my new go to place for shipping. This is the worst business for any notary services that you would need. The notary woman is never there, and she is always running some damn errand I called twice to find out when she would be in on 07/16/2015. I was told she would be in after 2:00pm. I called again just before I was going to be there, I was told she was out "running a errand" what the hell is this?? False advertisements.. Bait and Switch. I always land up at the UPS store on Park Western Drive. They provide notary services full time, and you can mail you documents from there. so convenient.Postal Max is too cheap to hire a full time person to fulfill the services that they publish of offering.Do not use this business.
