Went to print 1 page. ONE PIECE OF PAPER. The woman named Alana charged me $5 for "Computer Rental" for 15 minutes, although I didn't use the computer (I emailed my file to have it printed) . And then $0.49 per page (the per page rate would've been fine) Basically it cost me $5.53 to print ONE PAGE. Go to Staples/FedEx or your local library instead. I only went through with it because it was urgent. Fedex charges $0.22 per page. my local library charged me $0.20. Staples I believe is a bit more but not nearly as expensive as this company. read more

When I was there, she handled multiple customers at once, including frankly ridiculous requests, helped everyone super efficiently, demonstrated knowledge and expertise, and really went above and beyond. She took so much care to help me and save me money, and she was friendly and cheerful to everyone. would not recommend this store. I stopped in to get something notarized and was told to wait for the notary I was the only other person in the store waiting as the person before me was finishing up. after 10 min's. I asked how much longer as i could see & hear the person on the phone in the back (small store) not sure if she was on the phone with a client but it sure sounded like a personal call with plenty of laughing and carrying on. by this time a line had developed in the store and again the store had emptied out and i'm still waiting (at least 15 min's later). I decided to call the store manager & guess who it was --the girl on the phone "ANA" the "mananger & the notary"- she picked up immediately and I asked her how much more time does she need, she said to give her a few seconds. She wallked out and aggressively approached me and stated that I was being passively aggressive because the other employee had told me to wait I said look I just want to get this notarized and told her how long I waited & she was the one who was being aggressive - she turned around and told me to take my business else where. I called the owner to explain the situation he seemed like a nice person but not really sure anything will come of it. Either way I wouldn't recommend this business until this store Manager "Ana" under goes some kind of attitude adjustment. I was shipping a small 2ib package to Texas I was charged $31 and Noah stated it's the same price as going to the UPS store. When I went to the app the price was $13 . Noah lied and when I confronted him he acted like he didn't remember me from 1 hr ago . The manager was contact via phone his name was Calvin Thomas and all he could say was it could have been fixed if the package wasn't ship. It was horrible customer service. Noah shouldn't be working there and misinforming people about the prices and I should have been reimbursed or received store credit for Noah's Error. read more

William holds prime customer service skills. I had to ship documents to Indonesia and was pretty unfamiliar with the process because I've never shipped internationally. The address I had was confusing but William (who was training a new employee as well) quickly took care of everything. Yesterday I had bad experiences at a couple of places when trying to ship these documents so it was great to see someone so young be so patient and knowledgeable! Update: Just wanted to note that I received an email response from PostNet this morning, courteously notifying me that they had addressed the issue. I am thankful for that, so I updated my 1 star rating to 3. Original: Rudest customer care worker ever! I went to drop off a FedEx package this morning (4/3/2020 at 9:15am), and there was a line but to the left of the entrance is a shelving unit with packages on it and a huge sign/board (like 20x36) that reads, in bright red, "DROP OFF PACKAGES HERE, if ready to ship". I did just that (as my package was ready to ship). But, I remembered I needed a receipt and went back about 20 minutes later for one. The lady in charge came out of the back area and patronizingly told me: "Next time don't leave packages there!" I replied that I left the package there due to the sign's clear and detailed communication. She replied, "Just don't leave it there". I proceeded to read back the sign's message to her, and she rudely responded: "OK, I get it". I don't think she gets it, because she was very impolite, illogical, and just wrong in her request and attitude. My advice is: If the practice is any other than what is described.on the sign, remove it, and if you keep it up don't harass your customers when they follow instructions/regulations posted. read more

I've been renting a personal mailbox here for the past year, and I couldn't be more pleased to be completely relieved of the stress of having to deal with the aggravatingly useless US post office next door. I no longer have to wonder if my Amazon package was actually shipped and received; I no longer have to waste my Saturday mornings waiting on line to pick up a package that supposedly was undeliverable. read more

PostNet is my most convenient UPS drop off spot and a great alternative to the very chaotic post office next door. Service is great, staff is very helpful. I do advise to bring boxes and labels with you as they are a bit expensive on site. (Boxes starting at $5 and computer access $5 + roughly 35 cents a page to print) read more

Don't use this store for your printing needs. They will overcharge you and add additional prices without your knowledge. I was charged $25 just to laminate 5 sheets of paper. Never again!!! My company will never make purchases from them again. read more

I have worked with Postnet for the past 5 years and have never been so disappointed with their work as I was yesterday. Their staff and owner were so rude I will never return to this company. They completed a large job for me that was sloppy and disorganized. Calvin the owner could not be bothered to help at all. I was the only customer in the store and no one offered to help. The binder they provided was broken and I actually photographed their staff ignoring me and on their phone. I do not recommend this company at all. read more
