They yell at you. Insulting. Talk a lot. One man with long hair looks worked up all the time and tries to pick a fight. Even though their are cameras, no one tells him to talk less and its a war zone as soon as you enter. Extremely disrespectful people. Packages dont go on time and I have missed many packages overtime. I dont trust this place. Now I keep the receipts as make sure they scan in front of me. read more

Omce again this UPS store tried not to accept a package. Claimed box large so would prefer ai go to the Post Office. Snide and abrupt tried telling me to go somewhere else - first asked if over $100 - said close to - then said too high - jacket - So said just under. Then admitted don't appreciate this size box.. I come here all the time, and these people are so accommodating. It makes me wonder why nobody else else's. Rich is absolutely one of the best Customer Service people I've ever met. I was there all day and it was a customer who is being very nasty to him about buying a money order and was threatening him, but Rich kept his composure as professional as he is. Then I see this person posted a negative comment about him, he never used any derogatory terms towards the Jewish people. I think his name is Neil F. He posted a negative Review. Service pretty poor. I came here during my lunch break on 07-15 round noon to have a 11 x 17 packet scanned and sent over to me. When I came in there was only one person in front of me in line and so they took care of her and she left and I was the only one in there. I originally asked if they could scan it and let me know and I would either come back or if they could somehow let me pay over the phone I could do that and they told me no. So I said OK fine I stayed there. Apparently the employee had to manually scan each page front and back so it would take a long time to scan. All of a sudden, a swarm of people came in and there may have been eight people, and there was only the guy scanning my packet and one guy at the register. However, I was on my lunch break and needed to go. The guy at the register which was an older man Screamed across the store to the guy that was scanning my pages and said " hey come help me at the register, she (meaning me) won't mind!". I understand that they are understaffed, but the part where I showed up first and was forced to stand there and watch him scan the packet and then be told that I won't mind if he goes to assist the cashier blew my mind. The guy scanning the pages did take my number down and told me he would call me when the scan was complete and so he did. I did not appreciate the cashier who did not ask me if I would be okay waiting , he was extremely rude. Talking about someone in front of their face without actually talking to them is just bad manners. I wasted time standing there watching the guy scan my pages one side at a time and was told that I wouldn't mind waiting for them to check everyone else out before taking care of me when I showed up first. Maybe a bit of training would do well here. I would rate 1 star for the store and employee but gave 2 stars for the guy that insisted he would take my number down and call me when it was done, and I ended up getting my scan. I wouldn't come again to get a scan. The "industrial" scanner may be outdated and they will have you stand there for an hour or longer because if people with packages come in they will stop your service for people who just walked in and give you no option of coming back for it or paying over the phone. I live in the Bay Area and needed someone to pickup some art from Roland's auction, package it, and ship it to me. I contacted a couple of shipping vendors recommended by the seller. Yes, I can confirm that on 3/24 we finally received a refund for the 2 UPS packages that were lost. Why it took over 2 months to issue us a refund when you knew the packages was lost is bad business. You should have issued the refund immediately because that is what good businesses do. I'm not one to typically leave reviews. I think I've done 1 or 2 ever, to be honest. I must say this is by far the best UPS store or shipping outlet I've ever been to. On a personal level I've been shipping higher end items for years and around 3 years ago made it a business focus as well. I've been to fedex, USPS and other UPS locations probably 100 times. This location has an Incredible staff, who go above and beyond every day. The communication, kindness, attention to detail and results have been fantastic. Dom, who we work with a lot, goes above and beyond in every way to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible- on every level. Earlier this month, I was coordinating a time-sensitive large freight shipment from my location near Syosset between a buyer and a seller in time zones practically on opposite ends of the world. The customer service I received from Domenic and his supervisor was outstanding. Domenic even gave me his personal cell phone number to reach him on a Sunday when the store was closed. He also followed up often, yet without being pushy. Although, as savvy businessmen, they wanted to make the sale, they also recognized the importance of giving the customer space. Don't use notary services! Manager is unprofessional and does use proper protocol. He didn't watch signature and then wanted me to pay to reprint document. All reps helping 3 people at a time. So many mistakes. No focus or concern for what they are doing. How hard is it to copy an address from someone's printout! Isn't that your job! An OK UPS Store. You can only really rate them against other UPS Stores. My experience was easy in, east out. Sales person was nice and knew what he was doing. The reason for the 4-stars is bc I've seen bigger UPS Stores with computer areas for printing, fax/scan/copiers and way more packing supplies. Very friendly staff at this location. It's convenient for me because I can walk here, drop off a package and walk back to work. They have decent selection of packaging materials and a fax/copy machine. It is not a very large store, but let's be realistic, how big does a UPS store really need to be?
