Truly and sincerely need to give this PostNet in Eatonville, WA a positive review. It's not perfect and no business ever is, but this PostNet was far more caring and considerate than the local post office. We've since moved out of WA but sometimes wish we never left. I'm always worried when I go someplace new in Eatonville, because--face it, any town with limited retail competition is going to have miserable customer service because there's no pressure to be nice to customers. So I was totally surprised to find this place. The friendly (and professional) girl behind the counter didn't just help me send off a fax, she pointed out my fax was double-sided, copied the back of each sheet, put everything in order and sent it off without making a big deal of it. I was totally impressed not just with her, but with the paper-geek accessories they had in stock. I bought a gorgeous magnet, a fabulous notepad and a really cute sticky pad. It was pricey, but hey--they were cute and you'd pay the same at a fancy paper boutique. I really enjoyed this place and if I need anything copied or faxed (or want another couple of notebooks for friends) this is my new go-to place. read more

If I could give a zero I would!!!!! I went in today to get a package wrapped and ready to go on a plane and I called before I left I called and asked if they have the stuff to wrap and pack a deer mount and I went in and She stood behind the counter the entire time and was very not helpful and was charged for a box that was too small and I thought I was just paying for the bubble wrap that I had used I would not suggest going to this place for any thing you would think that they would want to help somebody that is from out of town I would not would not go here for packing Rude customer service and absolutely worst experience read more

Eatonville PostNet is such a great community resource! Diane is always willing to go above and beyond to help with all of your shipping, printing/copying, and notary needs. The PMB boxes are reasonably priced and save a ton of issues with package theft, etc. There's a pretty big selection of cute little notebooks, cards etc. for sale, I can always find something for every occasion when I can't run into Puyallup for a last minute gift. Overall, their service is amazing! Diane is so sweet and always trying to find ways to help our small town. read more

Post net owner was very rude to me I was trying to get a small refund from her cuz her employees did not give me a price and went ahead and did them and charge me more money then what I payed for last time I was in there she will not be getting my business no more same with my contractor business to read more

Have been using Postnet for 4 years now we have a PMB box and get our mail there everyday, customer service is great in our experience we've never had issues with anyone, there is your typical new hire mistake but that's to be expected when someone is first starting out. Prices are reasonable, it's great to have the front desk being able to sign for your packages and everything stays safe while I'm at work. read more

My best friend needed head shots for a very prestigious national audition she's going to and the entire experience here this morning was crap. My bestie, not being comfortable with confrontation, felt lied to, taken advantage of, and ripped off because the prints turned out terrible (her skin tone wasn't even correct and there was some really bad pixelation on a couple of spots). AS A GRAPHIC DESIGNER MYSELF, I felt that it was a botched Photoshop job, but this lady (the owner of the place) refused to accommodate ANY kind of solution. Instead, she told my best friend that she should have just printed her photos at home then, spoke to us with absolute and utter disrespect, and then had the nerve to whisper to my best friend, "I don't know why you brought HER in here," like it was some kind of personal vendetta against me for not allowing someone I love to be walked on when her future career is on the line. My best friend called me in to help stand up for herself against a bully who, inadvertently and very ignorantly, is contributing to ruining my best friend's future by half-assing her one job. Obviously this person is not capable of making any kind of compromise or actually providing passable customer service. We will NEVER be going back here again because my mom had a terrible experience with the same lady messing up one of her designs and doing "graphic design" work when nobody asked for that in the first place. In today's case, she had told my bestie that she's going to "lighten" the picture, messed it up, and then lied right to my face about messing it up when I went in to see about figuring out a solution. We ended up eating the fees, and here I am close to being homeless and scrounging up all the money I can, and now I'm out my birthday money because you can't run your business like a courteous human being. We ended up going to STAPLES (MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL AND THEY GAVE US A GREAT DEAL) and the first thing I asked was how many people she sees from Eatonville after PostNet screws up. She did not give me an answer, but the look on her face told me that this happens ALL THE TIME. You do with this what you will, but the BBB, Yelp, and every other place that will allow me to post will be hearing about this, from me as well as my bestie and her husband. You refused to resolve the problem when we came in, so here are your consequences. If you are going to want to resolve this, you will need to give my friend her money back. Period. Printing photos may seem like an "unimportant" job to you (at least that's the representation you gave today), but you have no idea whether you're messing up someone's life by half-assing your job. Simple guideline? Don't half-ass what you're doing. THEN you get to talk to people like that because your results will speak for themselves. Until your work is so fantastic that you're allowed to be an arrogant jerk about it, you're gonna need to eat a little fucking humble pie. read more

I have needed to use the services at this postnet numerous times. Our printer hasn't worked and several times have needed items printed quickly. Diane and her staff always have them ready and waiting for me. We had numerous problems with our post office and changed to a PMB with Diane. We couldn't be happier with our service. There is only one worker in the store at a time and it can get quite busy even for a small town. But Diane and all her staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful. Besides mail and printing for us - I have had study cards designed and laminated for other nurses printed here. All of us were very pleased with how professional the cards turned out. Below is a review regarding messiness of place - The store is small so when there are numerous packages delivered for all the people who use this place - yes - there can be packages stacked up front. But I can say this is a major benefit having this store in our town that provides so many different services without having to drive further out for same services. I have also been present in the store when people have come in with unreasonable requests/demands - remember there are always 2 sides to a story!
