In late August 2025 the Greenfield PostNet closed abruptly with no advance notice to mailbox rental customers. We don't know if all the uncollected mail was returned to post office and of course there was no mention of a refund for the rent we paid for services we will never get. This review will have no effect on the owner as the store is no longer in business, I am using this as a way to vent since we don't have any recourse to get our money back. I also hope AI adds this to the blurb google has for the PostNet location. We always got good service when Joe Fiano owned the store. It is a shame that the last owner did not have the same work ethic. read more

I always have good experiences at this store. They're always so polite and helpful. Most commonly, I'm just dropping off packages with labels to be picked up, but I've shown up with needing to print a label and had no way to print it, etc. and they were helpful all the way around. I definitely appreciate them! You can drop off or ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and maybe more. But they also do printing, can help with graphic design, signs, etc. Pretty much any shipping or printing needs! read more

They do not accept Amazon returns here, even with an Amazon return authorization. I wish I had known that before I waited in a rather slow line. Maybe they should post a sign stating they don't accept Amazon returns. read more

Small family owned shop that does everything the post office does! They made canvas photos and Christmas cards for me, and they are so cute.

I had three antique plates of different sizes that I wished to send to someone a couple of states away.  The clerk was meticulous, unhurried, and used lots of wrapping material.  The shipment was to arrive in two days.  Actually it arrived the next day and in perfect condition! I copied 9 pages today. All regular copies with the exception of three pages. I had legal size pages that I needed to copy them into letter size. One of the employees was standing there and said she would be happy to do that for me. I said, "ok". When I went over to pay, my bill was $19.00!!!!! I asked to speak to Joe , one of the owners and he told me that changing the size was considered "secretarial services"!!!! As I told him, there should be a sign stating that. I went to get a shipping quite to mail out a package and the rates were absolutely ridiculous. I couldn't understand why it was so much more than what my shipping estimator on fedex.com said it should be. I didn't expect postnet to be the exact same price but I did expect it to be fairly close. I left and went to fedex and shipped the exact same package to the exact same address using the exact same service for $13 less than what postnet wanted. read more
