The item in the package 'was not' likely useful to 99.9% of the population and was being shipped to be repaired.

I stopped by this week to drop off the equipment and have the FedEx staff pack it up and arrange the shipping for me. LeAnn helped me out and she was very courteous and friendly. I had two separate shipments to different addresses and Leann did a wonderful job collecting my information and making sure everything was squared away with ease. Leann even repeated the information back to me and had me verify it on the payment screen to make sure it was accurate and correct. I was in and out of the location in less than 20 minutes, which was perfect! I noticed regulars came in to have packages shipped and they were on first name basis with the staff, and that is a good sign of excellent customer relations! We use a lot of boxes in January for a charity auction supporting a nonprofit exotic cat rescue we're involved with, the Exotic Feline Rescue Center. When we arrived, we found the office is full of nicely organized and arranged sample boxes with specific sizes noted and prices. Packing peanuts are also available. There is a 10% discount on 10 boxes of the same size or 25% discount off a bundle of boxes. The number of boxes in a bundle vary per box size. The gentleman we had spoken to on the phone already pulled the boxes we needed. He was very nice and obviously very efficient providing great customer service. We paid and off again in 5 minutes. Very happy with the selection, the prices weren't outrageous and he provided excellent customer service. I'm sure we'll be back in the future.

I barely pulled up to the curb when the two employees immediately came out to assist me. When all was said and done, they unloaded all of my boxes and loaded the material into bins. I then sat and watched them shred all my stuff. There is a huge mirror behind/above them, so you can make sure there's no funny business going on. It took them 45 minutes to destroy all my stuff, due to the high volume. They methodically and efficiently took care of business. I don't know their names, but the name "Damon" was on my receipt. Good value for such a thankless job. Great job.
