The employees at this location are some of the rudest I've ever experienced. I have used this location multiple times for print jobs bc I live pretty close, but I've had multiple issues with my orders and they're always very dismissive about it. I picked up an order clearly printed on glossy paper and was told it was matte, despite me previously ordering prints from the same location on matte paper that look completely different. The issue wouldn't be as big of a deal if they would discuss it but they're quick to ignore you and act like they don't hear you, barely giving a response. I've held out on writing a review but now that I've used them multiple times and experienced such poor customer service repeatedly, I felt a review was necessary. read more

I was able to upload my file and request the print job in just a few clicks, and my copies were ready the next morning several hours earlier than they had initially estimated. Just left empty handed without much needed copies. Self serve didn't work. Attendant couldn't get self serve machines to work either and offered to print my 10 copies behind the counter which I accepted. At checkout she tried to charge me an additional service charge. I thought she was providing good customer service because I needed these copies and their machines weren't working but that was not the case. When I questioned the charge she suggested she could just throw the made copies away to which I agreed. Not sure why machine errored. The directions are simple. Not sure why they charge extra without any mention of it until checkout. Not happy. Not productive. read more

I made menus on Canva for a Yelp dinner party and needed them printed quickly. Canva has the option to print locally and this FedEx location was one of the printers they partner with. I ordered them and it said they'd be ready in 1-3 days. I was really hoping they'd be ready day-of, so I called to check in. I couldn't get through the first two times and then on the third try, a nice man answered, checked in on my order, and said it could be ready by 5pm that day. So thankful! Customer Service here is rushed, unhelpful, and rude. The Service Offered are NOT as advertised. I arrived around 5 pm and requested help with printing two PDF documents: one was about 15 pages; the other, about 25 pages. The worker assisting me was not knowledgeable about the best way to assist my print request, so he spent several minutes walking back and forth to the back of the store to ask the other employee (Charles) how to accommodate my request. Finally, after about 5 to 10 mins of questions for a simple print job, I'm told that they cannot complete my request for 24 hours, at the earliest. The request was to print the two aforementioned PDF documents on any good stock paper - 10 copies of each. I was why they could not help and was told: 1) they close and 30 mins (which was not true, it would've been more like 40 mins), 2) they are backed up and there is, at least a 24 hour delay. I didn't like this answer, but considering is was less than an hour until close I asked was there any alternative to help. The employee (not Charles) suggested that I could use "Self Service", and although the machines don't work with stock paper, I could get print outs. We agreed that was a good solution and the employee began walking me through the steps. The self serve was a long process and it did not work well. First, you email the docs to a "print and go" email box to retrieve a code. The code takes over 5 minutes to generate. The first couple of times, the code didn't work. As I requested assistance, Charles was very rude. After my third attempt the code was accepted and printing of the first document commenced. To speed up the process, since Charles was so eager to leave - mind you it was still not closing time, yet 6 pm, I started the second self serve print document on a different machine. I made the mistake of not changing the paper size. As I started to restart the print job for the second document, Charles rudely interrupts and says I must stop and pay for the water I was drinking - RIGHT NOW. He did this raising his voice from behind the counter since I was towards the front of the store with the printers. I went to the counter explaining that i was trying to restart the print job as to not keep him past 6 pm and he rudely said pay for your retail items here at the counter, now - we're closed. I told him I still had the second document in the self service queue and he informed me that the printer will turn off. I inquired if it would cut off in the middle of the job (especially since self serve is pre-pay-and I had paid) and he said yes, Nevertheless, I paid for my retail items, ran back to the self serve printer and attempted to finish my job. While the job was completing I asked if I could staple the copies from the first job. Reluctantly, Charles placed a stapler on the counter within reach. I stalked as many as I could, but Charles started turning off the lights. The second the 2nd print job was done, I was outta there, minus the stapling - thus was about 6:05 pm. 5 mins later than when they close. I was happy to be gone. I imagine they were happy to see me (and my business - which totaled over $350) leave. Needless to say I will be seeking an alternative the next time I have print or retail needs!!! read more

EXTREMELY rude, condescending people work here and are not helpful whatsoever. was told my prints would be completed by 4:30 by a worker with an attitude problem- AND they were not even ready by 6. THEN told id be charged 10 extra dollars per print when before that was not disclosed or even brought up beforehand. i have come here before and never had this "extra charge" issue even with the same size files. asked JEFF the manager who also has an attitude problem for any form of compensation for their horrible service and told no because i "didnt approve the purchase". they are ridiculous and i will never be giving them my business again. edited to add: this fedex was going to charge me $260 for this order, went to staples instead (MUCH BETTER SERVICE) and it was only $53!!! this place is a scam! read more

Stop by here sometimes for easy returns. Service is usually quick and easy but there is usually a wait. The customers tend to make things move slowly more than the employees but it would be nice if there were more employees helping customers. Last time I went there was one employee doing something off to the side but she was chatting up another employee who was busy helping customers. read more

I've been to this location several times using both the help of the rep behind the counter as well as the self service option. Both have really saved me when I was in a pinch. Today what I witnessed from the behavior of one rep behind the counter was unacceptable. Abby, I believe was her name. She was not only rude to the customer but she also threw her coworker under the bus in front of other customers while she was standing there. It seemed the coworker was new and just trying to learn the job. I agreed with the customer. That "Abby" was out of line with her rudeness and the mistake made should have been caught before she left the store. The new employee waited on me and she was very nice. Just had the worst bullshit experience with this FedEx!! My significant other, Donna Dellen, and I had this FedEx store package up 3 pieces of art to ship from Indy to Bonita Springs, paid for $1000 of insurance coverage per piece of art, they packaged and shipped it...and damaged one of the pieces in shipment. After over a dozen calls with FedEx, hours on the phone over 6 weeks, written requests and claim submittals with pictures, they have refused to cover their damage and reimburse us the cost of reframing the art piece EVEN WITH THEIR INSURANCE coverage. SO BULLSHIT! Don't EVER pay for their worthless insurance which appears to be a profit making scam! So very disappointing! Last time we use FedEx to ship anything!!! read more

Highest compliments to the (96St. store) per RYAN who helped me with a difficult problem. Evidently the copy machines cannot do work on a photo paper so Ryan made it happen by using a heavy card stock, with a matte finish that was nearly the same as photo paper. He spent 15 minutes solving this issue with excellent results. What EXCELLENT SERVICE this was for me !! Laboring over the copy machine controls and buttons etc...he got the job done for me. I have to give this Fedex shop major props! I've been social distancing and staying at home for the last month and I needed to venture out to send a package back for a return. I was super impressed with how they handled our current situation. They have automatic doors so you do not have to open the door with a handle. As soon as you walk in there were taped sections to stand in that were at least 6 feet apart to promote social distancing, and they make sure that their staff was protected with PPE. There were about 6 people ahead of me when I got to the shop and only had to wait maybe 5 minutes. They were efficient, and my package arrived right when it needed to. In addition to their handling of COVID-19, I want to highly my delivery of a package I received earlier in the day prior to my visit. They delivered my package, knocked on the door, backed up 6 feet or more, and verified my identity to get the package and signed on my behalf so that way I did not have to touch a pen or another device. I've shared my love of FedEx office in a previous review, however, this location has a cart, which proved to be extremely helpful around Christmas time. They also have the latest drop of time of 9:30 pm for overnight shipments, which has proven to be a lifesaver on multiple occasions for work. Do you enjoy slow service? If you do then this is the place for you! Let me illustrate how slow the service is here. I got here at 6:01pm to the self service area to laminate a cover. At 6:02pm i was done. There are 4 employees at the store: 1 at cashier and 3 at packing. And a total of 5 customers; 2 at packing and 3 at the cashier. It is currently 6:22pm and i am still in line waiting to check out 1 sheets of laminated paper. Yes! 20 minutes of waiting and I still haven't checked out. In that time, I could've went across the street order a piece of steak and come back and i still wouldn't be checked out yet. read more

Needing to ship packages on a Sunday can be a HASSLE. The post office and regular Fedex shipping locations are closed, so we head down the road to Fedex office with two rather large packages. Other than a bit of a long wait, this experience was great. The employee made polite conversation as the packages were entered into their system and we were done and on our way within 20 minutes of being there. Today, I went there and I checked before leaving the store. There was just one set of prints when I paid online for two sets. Horrible service. I went in only needing to scan one document to email. I waited for a while in front of the counter before anyone would assist me. Once I finally did receive "service" she looked at me with a very dead stare and quietly mumbled and pointed over at the computers and told me that there were instructions on the left side of the screen for me to follow. When I sat down at the first computer I saw, I began to sign in and she walked over and told me I had to use one of the computers further over. If this was a policy, this information would have been valuable to know ahead of time. When I got up to walk over another customer ran in front of me and sat down to the last available computer with a big stack of papers to scan. When I turned to look at the employee, she gave me another dead stare and said "you'll have to wait." This was my first time coming into this store, but I felt like they had a personal issue with me even being there.
