I…read morereturned an Amazon package two weeks ago and the young lady threw my boxed package atleast 20-25 feet, missing her intended sight and skimming behind the head of her colleague. The package landed in the middle of the floor, clear on the other side. It remained there until after I left. She continued to wait on the next customer. We all heard someone in the back alarmed asking what it was. She advised it was no big deal as it was only flowers. We were all pretty shocked at her performance and lack of safety and also protecting the package.

Today, when I walked in carrying two mid boxes, there was no visible line on my side, while there was a long line on the other side. To be clear: I was not trying to skip anyone. I was consciously and politely letting people from the other side go ahead of me, anyone who appeared to be there before me. I stepped aside intentionally and waited. Despite this, a woman standing in the other line made a sarcastic and humiliating comment toward me, which felt completely unnecessary and disrespectful. What bothered me most was that an employee nearby did not step in to clarify or stop the situation. Later, when I approached the counter before that lady intensionally as she made comment, the employee refused to serve me, saying I was "not following the line." If there is meant to be one single line for the entire store, that needs to be clearly communicated--especially when the layout strongly suggests otherwise and when no staff member corrected me earlier. What made this experience upsetting: * I was being polite and giving others priority, not cutting * A customer was allowed to make insulting remarks without intervention * The employee enforced the rule only after the situation escalated * No effort was made to clarify or handle the situation respectfully Policies are important, but clarity, fairness, and basic respect matter just as much. This could have been handled calmly and professionally instead of making a regular customer feel embarrassed and singled out. I hope management improves staff communication and ensures employees step in when situations like this arise.

Plus, I had a very tight timeline of 3 days, and no other printer could offer any assurance the banner would be ready/delivered in time. I found one of Keith Fabry's websites and ordered an overnight bannerstand for pickup at their office. I uploaded the file in the early moring hours and it was printed and ready for pickup the same day! Even though my flight landed later than scheduled, Debra took care of me and I was able to get the banner in plenty of time for the event. As for the banner, I paid for upgraded material and it came out looking great and was packed very well, so I was able to transport the banner via checked baggage on my return flight without issue. While KF may not be the least costly, their pricing is fair for their amazing turnaround and excellent customer service. Plus, they offer printing for Canva files which makes printing large items even easier for the casual designer or ad-hoc sign needs. Another shoutout to Debra and the entire team at KF!

English Tea Paperie offers personalized stationery at reasonable prices. Preppy Monogrammed Gifts offers other monogrammed and personalized items, but if you're just looking for stationery, it's best to order straight from English Tea Paperie's web site, as you are allowed more design choices, a choice of envelope colors, and you don't have the added waiting time and hassle of dealing with a middle-man company. I ordered two sets of stationery from English Tea Paperie via Preppy Monogrammed Gifts. It took quite a while to get my order processed and shipped, but I think that was probably because the staff at PMG was on a holiday vacation, according to their web site. When I received my order, the stationery that I'd ordered for my daughter's teacher came with the name misspelled. Because I had entered the order specifications through the PMG web site, I have no idea if this was the fault of Preppy Monogrammed Gifts or of English Tea Paperie. I contacted Preppy Monogrammed Gifts to have the order corrected, and I noticed that my corrected order came right away, within two days. I took that to mean that English Tea Paperie had a reasonable turn-around time for their products and that they also shipped quickly. Nice! The product quality was very nice on my all-black design and font. I ordered the pink fleur-de-lis design for my daughter's teacher, and the pink ink used for the fleur-de-lis seemed a little bit faded when compared to the black font used for her name. Based on that, I'd recommend going with an all-black design. Both sets of stationery came wrapped with pink ribbon and were suitable for gift-giving. While I would not recommend English Tea Paperie's stationery as "serious" stationery (say, for formal or business purposes, or if you're used to ordering from stationers like Crane & Co. or Mrs. John L. Strong), if you need something personalized on which to send hand-written notes (much classier than e-mail!), I'd suggest you check out English Tea Paperie.

    UPS corporate, (not this store) lost one of our packages earlier this week, which had us scrambling…read moreas a company to configure hardware, and ship it next day air with early morning delivery to this UPS store 3440. I received a call this morning indicating that the packages were delivered before the store opened, but they store did not have the packages. I spoke with an associate at the store, Mike Sutton (no he is not kin to me), who said he would do everything possible to track down our packages. He called his support contacts and they started tracking down who made the actual delivery. While waiting on the call back, Mike took matters into his own hands and started going to each business on the shopping mall to ask if they received packages earlier in the morning. Because of Mike Sutton's determination and persistence, he found our packages that the UPS driver decided to hand to a random employee taking trash out to their dumpster. Not having this equipment today could of cost of thousands of dollars and lost business. It's because of Mike Sutton and the manager Tammy that we were able to get the equipment needed and complete our jobs today. Tammy, you are doing an amazing job as a manager, and you have one stellar employee by the name of Mike Sutton. Keep doing what you are doing. Your store is by far one of the best UPS stores I have done business with. We are doing work across the South and Northeast portions of America at 120 different locations, and I have had to ship equipment every week to UPS Stores. Again, your location has been the most pleasant to work with, and the staff actual cares for their customers. Thank you again. It was a breath of fresh air to actually work with people, who care for people.
