I…read morereturned an Amazon package two weeks ago and the young lady threw my boxed package atleast 20-25 feet, missing her intended sight and skimming behind the head of her colleague. The package landed in the middle of the floor, clear on the other side. It remained there until after I left. She continued to wait on the next customer. We all heard someone in the back alarmed asking what it was. She advised it was no big deal as it was only flowers. We were all pretty shocked at her performance and lack of safety and also protecting the package.

That is extremely predatory to charge for something that is free everywhere(including them through happy returns). Fortunately I had it printed out in car which when I gave them they scanned printed out a sticker and put it on the box for free...so again it is just predatory pricing. Not sure if all ups stores do this but I'll avoid this location at all costs and go to fedex / usps / another location. To respond to the comment your charging to print a UPs label and affix it to my UPS package. The label has been paid for to ship the box you are charging $3 to thermal print a label which takes 5 seconds and may cost 5 cents a label. Your store also did this for free when I handed them my printed label I had I car some somehow scanning a piece of paper and then printing/sticking on box is free but scanning from phone costs $3...please don't try and make this seem like some reasonable thing and call it what is is - price gouging

UPS corporate, (not this store) lost one of our packages earlier this week, which had us scrambling…read moreas a company to configure hardware, and ship it next day air with early morning delivery to this UPS store 3440. I received a call this morning indicating that the packages were delivered before the store opened, but they store did not have the packages. I spoke with an associate at the store, Mike Sutton (no he is not kin to me), who said he would do everything possible to track down our packages. He called his support contacts and they started tracking down who made the actual delivery. While waiting on the call back, Mike took matters into his own hands and started going to each business on the shopping mall to ask if they received packages earlier in the morning. Because of Mike Sutton's determination and persistence, he found our packages that the UPS driver decided to hand to a random employee taking trash out to their dumpster. Not having this equipment today could of cost of thousands of dollars and lost business. It's because of Mike Sutton and the manager Tammy that we were able to get the equipment needed and complete our jobs today. Tammy, you are doing an amazing job as a manager, and you have one stellar employee by the name of Mike Sutton. Keep doing what you are doing. Your store is by far one of the best UPS stores I have done business with. We are doing work across the South and Northeast portions of America at 120 different locations, and I have had to ship equipment every week to UPS Stores. Again, your location has been the most pleasant to work with, and the staff actual cares for their customers. Thank you again. To make matters worse, they were blatantly rude throughout the visit, which only added to the frustration. We loved Woodlake Child Development Center! Our child was in the infant classroom and they felt…read morelike family. They were so attentive to each baby and you could tell they truly cared. As first time parents it meant the world to us that we knew our baby was safe and well cared for. All of the staff (not only the infant teachers) were kind and wonderful! The facility is clean, safe, and educational. They have an app that keeps you up to date on your child's activity throughout the day. They send out announcements through the app and you can also pay for tuition through it. Although we aren't at this daycare anymore due to moving we still pop in to visit. We truly miss them! I highly recommend this daycare.
