That is extremely predatory to charge for something that is free everywhere(including them through happy returns). Fortunately I had it printed out in car which when I gave them they scanned printed out a sticker and put it on the box for free...so again it is just predatory pricing. Not sure if all ups stores do this but I'll avoid this location at all costs and go to fedex / usps / another location. To respond to the comment your charging to print a UPs label and affix it to my UPS package. The label has been paid for to ship the box you are charging $3 to thermal print a label which takes 5 seconds and may cost 5 cents a label. Your store also did this for free when I handed them my printed label I had I car some somehow scanning a piece of paper and then printing/sticking on box is free but scanning from phone costs $3...please don't try and make this seem like some reasonable thing and call it what is is - price gouging

As a business, OfficeMax is a bit pricey and they don't give a teacher's discount, so I can't give them five stars, thus the reason for the four...However, as a department, the print staff gets 5 stars from me! I am so grateful for these guys and would never take my simple print needs anywhere else! While our company is based in CA, we had an event in Richmond, VA and I needed a vertical banner…read moreASAP and was wary to transport one there and back. Plus, I had a very tight timeline of 3 days, and no other printer could offer any assurance the banner would be ready/delivered in time. I found one of Keith Fabry's websites and ordered an overnight bannerstand for pickup at their office. I uploaded the file in the early moring hours and it was printed and ready for pickup the same day! Even though my flight landed later than scheduled, Debra took care of me and I was able to get the banner in plenty of time for the event. As for the banner, I paid for upgraded material and it came out looking great and was packed very well, so I was able to transport the banner via checked baggage on my return flight without issue. While KF may not be the least costly, their pricing is fair for their amazing turnaround and excellent customer service. Plus, they offer printing for Canva files which makes printing large items even easier for the casual designer or ad-hoc sign needs. Another shoutout to Debra and the entire team at KF!

Holly was really understanding and showed us so many wonderful examples she had we could use. We felt really at ease with her and ended up talking with her about her creating a design for us based on some images we had of our inspiration for our big day. She was able to create a few masterpieces from the ideas we had and some examples she already had created before and gave us a great invite, using our wedding colors. Once we had our design ideas together, Holly went to work designing our invites. We received an emailed template of what the invites would look like. After a few minor adjustments, we paid and they were printed! It took a couple of weeks to get everything back but it was packaged perfectly for us to assemble with ease. If you need wedding invites, corporate invites or something simple as a family reunion or birthday invite, this is the place to go!!
