I came with a set of strict instructions from the jeweler to maintain the insurance on my package. While this location was unable to accommodate since they didn't carry that exact boxes requested, Steve was super accommodating and pointed me in the direction of the location that would be able to assist. I appreciate the guidance, which saved me from aimlessly roaming Houston in search of this specific box. I've previously been a Fed Ex gal, but when I'm in the area I'll def give them my business!

Well, it arrived at the destination in 4 pieces. And this was after paying a ridiculous amount of money. I asked for the insurance info and they didn't say anything. I've politely asked for them to reimburse the cost and all I get out of them is that they packed it correctly and they aren't responsible. I've seen the pictures from the destination and I believe that a 3rd grader could have done a better job. I asked them again and they continue to say they packed it correctly. Well I guess not since the door arrived in more pieces than it started with. I asked again and they wont respond to my emails. So save yourself some trouble and unless you are shipping rocks don't use these people to ship anything.

Went this morning to ship a box that is wrapped with brown paper to be discrete because the…read moremanufacturer ships the items in a marked box that people have been targeting to steal. I've shipped this way with UPS, FedEx, USPS over a dozen times no issues. I come to this location for the first time and scan my label and the lady comes to help me and tells me I can't ship it with the brown paper wrap. I tell her I've shipped over 10 times and she says well I've never see you before. I asked if she could give me a refund then and I'll go ship with UPS and she says no she doesn't give refunds. I just went to another FedEx and asked the manager and she told me I can ship it no problem and was out of the store in minutes. Not sure if this worker was having a bad day or just mad because I'm not her skin color but do better.
