Doctor Sharan kaur is the last chiropractor I would recommend. She doesn't even remember which part I need to do the adjustment. I know she's a doctor, but I wouldn't risk of leaving my health on her hands. She's so careless with the patients, occasionally she pushes me so hard on the back without telling me as opposed to reminding you to breathe in or out, and I feel like I'm having a heart attack by the sudden push. I don't know how long other patients stay, but the overall treatment/therapy last no more than 10 min for me. And the affect is very minimal. I do not recommend this place. read more

I was in a bad motor vehicle accident a week before the COVID issue hit our world hard. This place was recommended to me for physical therapy and I'm so thankful I listened. They have helped my back, neck, and severe ankle sprain over the last month. I was concerned to continue going while the world was shutting down, but I needed the therapy and I'm thankful they stayed open. This morning I somehow strained my neck extremely bad, and i was suffering all day at work and was starting to get a headache from it. I didn't want to just tough it out with some Advil and hope it got better, so I decided to seek out professional help. I was referred here by a friend, who has been undergoing treatment for scoliosis. Looks can be deceiving. The outside of this place looks very nondescript, but the inside is full of great knowledge, care, and personal attention that I haven't experienced before at any type of medical facility. Right as I walked in, i was greeted with a friendly smile by the receptionist. I explained my situation and was given paperwork to fill out. Handed over my insurance card and they took care of the rest. Not five minutes later i was called in by Dr. Long Ha for a preliminary evaluation. I explained my situation and he quickly devised a plan on how to best treat me. He took a few steps during the evaluation phase to really determine what happened and also if I had any other underlying conditions. I went through a lot of motion exercises and a thorough adjustment, along with a few treatments from various machines. I felt a sense of relief at the care I was given, and my pain (and anxiety) levels were much lower than when I had arrived. While I still have some pain from the severe strain I incurred, it's much more manageable. In a few days I will return for some additional x-rays and the beginning of my treatment. Everything was explained in great detail and I had several dumb questions, which were answered with empathy. I am so glad I found this place that really cares for you and doesn't just rush you in/out after an adjustment. A+ and class act...will DEFINITELY recommend to anyone with mysterious aches or pains. read more

I visited Posture Perfect at least a dozen times over the past 2 years for some back pain and because as a powerlifter, I need a tune-up every so often. Due to my insurance provider, I was very limited in my choice of chiropractors. So I ended up returning here several times. The initial consultation was great. They took x-rays and took time to explain what was going on with my spine. Overall it was very thorough and I came out with a good idea of what needed to be fixed. But, unfortunately, the consultation was the best part of the experience. In practice, Posture Perfect's multi-disciplinary approach to treatment feels cookie cutter and fragmented. Basically, each visit, you will spend a few minutes at several "stations." For me it was laser, then adjustments, then percussions, then corrective exercises, each with a different person. It feels disconnected, and not a single element of the treatment feels thorough. I would say that if you are the typical person experiencing back pain due to a sedentary lifestyle, this place can work for you. But if you are looking for an individualized approach to optimize your athletic performance, I would not recommend this place. They don't even do ART (Active Release Therapy). My back situation didn't really improve at all but I did appreciate the personalities I got to work with. Everyone I interacted with seemed very dedicated to the care of patients. read more

Went in here in extreme pain, called and got an appointment the same day. Dr Rasheed was thorough and professional, and treated me on the spot. I had no driver so they could not do as much for me as they wanted to, but we scheduled testing for a later date and they helped me manage my pain until that time. This has been the best chiropractor I have been to. The X-Ray tech was super sweet and took them quickly and efficiently. Dr. Scott was amazing she took the time to fully go over my xrays and explain everything clearly. She took her time explaining exactly what she was going to do during the adjustment. Horrible practice. Save yourself money and take care of your health. Avoid this place by all means. I bought a Groupon coupon for my mother for $23 for initial exam and adjustment including x rays. After my mother's exam and adjustment, I decided to get adjusted as well. Since I already bought the Groupon coupon, I was told I need to use either my insurance or pay cash. I handed the front desk receptionist my insurance card. After waiting for few minutes, I was told they could not get any response from my insurance. (not declined, just no response!!) Since my insurance is from another state, I thought this was normal. So I decided to pay cash for the initial exam and adjustments. I paid $75 for this first exam/adjustments. A week later, I've got a bill from my insurance. They charged my insurance $1020 which $847 was paid by my insurance. The remaining balance was due to be paid by myself. For a service that cost $23 for my mother, they charged insurance $1020. I called my insurance and made sure they notated this business on their end and will sure report them to BBB. Most importantly, my mother's back is in worse shape since her adjustments and she cannot lay down or sleep thru the night because of her pain after her treatment. Immediately following her treatment, her back started hurting. She felt like her spine was torn/broken right after her adjustment. Its been over a week and her pain is getting worse. I now am having trouble when I am taking stairs in my house. they are horrible. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place read more

Went here for a spinal decompression and a massage. The massage therapist was great and was very professional. The decompression is new to me but it seems like after a few treatments I see how it could help. Did a quick meet and greet with two of the chiropactors and they were nice and I am in the market for a new chiropractor so I will review back after I have been there for that. Myself and my husband go to Dr Lohr now to get weekly adjustments. Dr Lohr takes the time to answer our questions and concerns before and after our adjustments. I have never met another doctor as passionate about his patients as himself. Before I found out about Dr Lohr, I went 6 months without chiropractic care and my back pain was so bad I had to take medicine for it. The first time I walked into this place I was treated as if I have been going there for years. They have a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff is always supper nice. I have been here for all kinds of different injuries. Car accident " not my fault" ice hockey injury, and just plane need to be put back in place. From start to finish with each session they truly pay attention to your needs. They care about me. This place shold be put out of business!!!!! I have been 2 times, my second visit the staff tried to prep me for a procedure i was not there for and i had to tell them repeatedly why I was there. I recieved an injection for my knee, a nerve block (didnt work), was told they would call me in 2 scripts.... this was sat jan 10-2015. monday a specatily pharmacy called wanting my insuranse info, i was then told the scripts they ordered were for "new to market meds" the cost was $130. after insurance.... to high for me to afford, so i called back to the doctors office and left a message stating i needed a cheaper alternative, gave my info and waited for a return call.... NONE CAME!!!!! I called them 2 times on monday, 2 times on tuesday, once on wed, and once on thur. NEVER any response back, even tho the voicemail states "leave a message and we will return your call by the end of business day" What kind of " pain management" are they offering????? I booked an appointment online and no one followed up. After calling and leaving a message, someone texted me saying the office manager would be in touch. I had to reach out 4 business days later via text. They set the appointment there. The night before (6:30pm) someone called asking if I needed to book an appointment. Said I already did - should have cancelled then. Waited 10 minutes to see the receptionist. Was given about 2 minutes to tell my pain problems then whisked through to a new room to do some xrays, stretching then therapy. Nothing was explained to me and I felt very rushed and pushed into doing therapy though I didn't have time. Refused chiro appointment while there and as I was checking out, felt they were just trying to ring up all they could to bill my insurance. "Did she do medical, therapy and chiro? No, just medical and therapy." Therapy wasn't therapy - no explanations. When one part was up I left the room and the therapist was sitting outside on his phone. Haven't received the bill yet but when I do, will likely call my insurance. read more

I've been going to Posture Perfect for years. Ever since I had a hard fall and ended up with a herniated disc, my primary care doctor wanted to treat me with drugs. I had steroid injections & saw a spine doctor; they never worked. I went to see Dr. Lohr and he began adjusting me and using machines that helped pull my spine to aline it an stop the herniation! The staff always knows who I am when I walk in the door and are always very professional & super nice. I would recommend Dr. Lohr & Posture Perfect to anyone. Do not waste your time in here. Even though you make appointment you have to seat around wait for doctor for 30mins to an hour. Receptions does not tell you that before when you check in and after you waited all that time and ask how long do I need to wait more, they asked if I would like to reschedule. Spinal/neck/shoulder pain causes by stresses and you are definitely getting them more from this place. I visited 3times and all 3times I had to wait 30mins or more after I check in. If I could give Posture Perfect 0 stars I would. I went to them after a car accident in March of 2016 and from the beginning it was a complete mess. Still to this day (OVER A YEAR LATER) I am awaiting Myka and Dr Lohr to send me over final bills as I was told by my insurance company that I was over charged by Posture Perfect. There was a TON of back and forth about my treatment and which doctor would see me and I've been extremely patient in waiting. Save your money and time and go to a more reputable group as they will over charge you and then ignore your emails and phone calls when it comes to billing. read more
