They went above and beyond and delivered the flowers the same day. Additionally, in very short notice they were able to change the delivery address upon my request. The person I spoke with was delightful. I explained to her what type of flowers I was looking for over the phone and when I got the picture I couldn't be happier with the results. My friend loved the flowers as well. I really like that they send you a copy of the delivery confirmation as well as a picture of the flowers. Great service all around! Next time I need to send flowers near the Hyannis area I know exactly where to call. You should do the same! This place is well deserving of the 5 stars!

I was working with another florist that failed to find a local (East Falmouth) florist who could get an arrangement together. I cancelled that order and called around at 3:50ish eastern time on a Friday night looking for a local florist that could deliver on super short notice and within budget (good luck to me, right?!). That is where Hira at Verde Floral Design came in and saved the day. She couldn't accommodate a delivery for same day as I was just calling 50 minutes before her shop closed, but she was lovely and willing to work with an Uber Courier to take the flowers she prepared. On the phone, she was super professional and courteous, and very accommodating. I would never ask a florist to arrange for sympathy flowers on super short notice, but I had no choice and am quite happy with the lightening fast turnaround. What a save! MVP! MVP! I am sure the flowers will be gorgeous and the family will be appreciative of the love from my colleague's work family back in the Bay Area of California. When we got to town we went straight to Verde and, even though they were closing in an hour, they jumped on it and created a beautiful funeral spray for us. Since it was so late, and the viewing was in a Church, they could not promise delivery that evening or the next morning in time, so they helped us with instructions how to keep it fresh overnight to bring it with us tomorrow. They stayed late so they could help us - we loaded it into our car and we will bring it ourselves. Such a kind gesture in this time of grief- above and beyond!!

I live in Hawaii and couldn't attend but the rest of my family would be there so I wanted something special. I started with an email to Floral Esthetics asking for advice. Diana replied immediately and warmly. Not only did she answer my questions but she assured me they would do their very best. What they did was extraordinary. I placed the order on-line without issue.
