I worked with Michelle for my Wedding July 3rd and her Interns. The experience was spot on…read more Michelle assisted with my Rehearsal Dinner as well, setting up the gifts, flowers, making multiple pick ups from my suite and my parents rooms making sure everything made it's way to the restaurant while we were rehearsing. She took pictures while we enjoyed our dinner, and was the 2nd set of eyes I really needed in order to enjoy the day. I couldn't be in 2 places at once, Michelle was like a ninja - filling the gaps and helping out whenever I was stressing out. Day of the Wedding, I had a Wedding Party of 18 excluding two toddlers, was staying 4 miles from the venue, had a 1st look deadline, pictures, 5 hotel room blocks and a 7:30 am wake up for hair and makeup. The timeline felt impossible. The hotels lost the pick up schedules, I had forgotten to plan tips, pack envelops and pay all of my vendors. I felt 100% organized going into the Wedding and then started feeling overwhelmed with small tasks, organizing people and making our deadlines. Michelle advised me on tips, had the interns run to the grocery store for envelops, addressed them. handed them out, went to each hotel with the file and made sure the guests were aware of pick up, called my Father and the Groomsmen to make sure they were on time, sent the photographers to where they needed to be, kept me on schedule, fluffed my dress, got the lip stick, got legit anything i forgot or misplaced, made sure my husband received his gift, made sure valuables were where they needed to be and everyone was informed and ready to go. She drove my car to the venue while I was on the trolley, ensured the venue was set up correctly, managed the gifts, and completely packed up the gifts and bridal suite end of night and drove my car back. When i forgot to pay the photographer, she left the wedding, found the check in my room and came back to the Wedding and made sure it was taken care of. The best part, this is probably a 3rd of what the team did. My biggest request - save me from drama, make sure its a smooth operation and don't tell me anything :) She must have been 1 hell of a problem solver because the night felt drama free and simply perfect. I had no worries. The investment was 100% worth it - Michelle is organized, calm, and just easy to work with. I would absolutely request Michelle if you are considering Event Planners of Plymouth. She also threatened me about someone else leaving her a bad review. Her google reviews are mainly all one star reviews. She is the worst thing to ever happen to me. I wish I contacted the other party planning business before I came into contact with this evil person. I have included screen shots of her harassment. I have informed the police department and will take all legal measures should she continue to threaten and harass me. Her number is listed to show you she is the evil person behind these texts. Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. Our family and friends fell in love with her as well, that I almost forgot she was my planner. :) In a good way that is. She was extremely professional but was so down to earth, she was like family.
