For someone who only eats vegetables, there are days when 80% of my daily meals are actually comprised of Potato Corner's fries. These wonderful kiosks have been saving me from hunger, especially during those "alanganin" times when you're just about to make a meal, but meal preparation will take a while so you end up stuffing yourself with fries beforehand (not so wise, I know). I usually buy fries from this kiosk too, before riding the shuttle home back to Parañaque. Fries make heavy traffic So. Much. Bearable.
I'm vegan, so if you are as well, you'll be happy to know that the barbecue flavour is suitable for vegans (Note: It does have aspartame--I have checked the labelling of their flavourings once--so if you're conscious about such ingredients, take a pass.). Personally I just like getting plain fries with salt. Although here's a necessary tip you have to know, if in case you're no fun like I am and just want plain, salted fries: Do ask them first if they ACTUALLY have salt. It's hard to believe, but some kiosks have no salt at all. There was this one time (not this branch) the staff had to borrow salt from the Nuts kiosk beside them. There was also this one time (also, not this branch) that their staff offered me salt, but had no idea they didn't even have salt to begin with. read more
