So say the least, stainless steel appliances were left unclean. The mirrors in every room weren't clean properly, the garbage was not picked up in every room, the dining room table was not clean properly, there was food particles and dust left behind, the beds were not going to get fixed unless told to do so. In their deep cleaning description they stated that the inside and out of the dishwasher and refrigerator would be clean, and that the doorknobs and blinds throughout the house would be cleaned but that was not done. After we went through the house, they did come back and fixed what I just mentioned. After they left my home, I was doing my makeup to leave the house and my husband side of the sink counter in the master bedroom had hair. I had a septic issue that was backing up in my yard so I called Wells to get someone to come take a…read morelook and advise what needed to be done and how much it might cost. They told me I needed to get a permit and email it to them which I had already obtained and did so. After a week of nothing I sent the permit again and called to check on the status. They told me they were backed up due to the rain but would get back with me. I started the process in February and finally had to get someone else to do the job. I called Wells 4 times and sent my permit 3 different times. Each time I called I was told they were very busy and I would get a call back. I never got any correspondence back from them so after months of waiting I decided to call back to see if they were even still in business. I am very disappointed in Wells customer service practices and will not recommend them for septic work.
