We reached out multiple times--at least 5 or 6 calls--to get the issue addressed. Eventually, someone came out and claimed the liquid lines needed cleaning, despite there being no standing liquid during their last visit. After much effort, we finally spoke with the owner and agreed: if the issue was on our end, we'd pay to fix it; if it was due to their work, they would handle it without further charge. That seemed fair--but unfortunately, it's been radio silence ever since. No follow-up, no resolution, no returned calls. We regret not reading the reviews beforehand. If you're considering Brownlee Septic, I strongly urge you to think twice. A professional business should at the very least return a phone call. The headache simply isn't worth it. Take your money elsewhere.
