The is a quaint restaurant that's worth a try. I was visiting some family and we live anything related to potatoes so we decided to give this place a try. They have Loaded Baked Potatoes, a Potato pizza and fresh juice. We ordered 3 loaded potatoes and 1 Mango juice. We felt everything was pretty good; the potatoes are large and come out hot and flavorful and he adds S&P, Butter and mozzarella cheese to every potato. I think this is what makes it flavorful. Then you can add any amount of toppings from a plethora of toppings from meat to veggies and sauces. Only thing that was a little disappointing is that by the time you get your potato it isn't steaming hot any more. All of us felt that it would have been nice if there was an option to heat it up some more before he topped it off with some cold sauces. The juice truly are fresh but there is sugar added. However you can ask not to have that if you want. All in all I would come here again. Only 2 things I would improve is a lower price point if you're not getting any meat toppings; $9 is kinda steep for a vegetarian potato. And have a way to heat these spuds up even though he gets them out steaming hot. Oh and there are only 2 small table with 2 chairs so don't plan on dining in if it's more than 2 of you.

Potelah is a very interesting local concept that combines potato and juice bars. I LOVE potatoes, so I was extremely excited to discover this spot last year. The business has been open for two years now. It only operates in Parma Heights. Westlake location is now closed. I stopped in at Potelah once again while driving by. My latest experience did not compare to my previous ones. It was slightly worse to my disappointment. Potelah is a small eatery that's designed for to-go order pickups. There are two small tables - one with three chairs, and another with one. Not a very comfy dine-in setup if that's what you're looking for. I tried to dine in here once and my potatoes did not conveniently fit the table. I had too many potatoes! Expect colorful and catchy marketing throughout the store, and Middle Eastern flair/music. Begin your order at the counter whether you're craving juice, potato options or something a little sweeter. Menu option categories include baked potato (choose your own toppings), baked potato pizza bowl, sweet potato (with pistachios, chocolate, strawberries, and other yummy toppings), cinnamon sweet potatoes, juices, smoothies, and fruit salads. They also now have Dubai chocolate cups! The process of building your dishes is very collaborative, and staff helps you add the tastiest toppings. They explain how the experience works even if it's not your first time. I went with my usual - baked potato (with sour cream, cheese, butter, salt, and bacon add on at a surcharge). There are plenty of other toppings and meat toppings (at surcharge).I also ordered the go-to watermelon juice. I can't say that I was happy about my latest order. The potato wasn't good. The skin was burned and was black. It's something that I'd expect to make in my own campfire, but not at a restaurant with potato expertise and $8.99+ potato prices. I was hoping to see better looking potatoes here like during my previous times. The potato also tasted soggy like it was sitting out for a while. It was also very salty. I am an excessive salter, and it was even too much for me. Watermelon juice was tasty at the top but toward the bottom hinted at the use of frozen watermelon. It's the first time that I didn't devour everything that I ordered here, so let's hope it was just a one off day. The staff was very transactional. During my previous visits other employees were more cordial and social. Here I felt a bit of an upsell of juice and Dubai chocolate, but no genuine friendliness. It was also quite atypical. This eatery is located in the shopping plaza. There is plenty of parking available. I will probably be back in a while to see if the experience improves. I love the concept of ordering your own potato! Even though I can prepare my own potato, someone else doing it for me feels so ritzy. I just hope that the quality returns to its prior state!

I had a potato. They have lots of meat and veggie toppings and cheese. All their stuff is Hala. The service was great! They also have fresh juices. Plus they have fresh baked pizza that has a potato for the base instead of dough. The potatoes are huge!

My wife had done some research on this place, so when we were in the area, we stopped in. The customer service is amazing here. They were experiencing a bit of a rush, so one of the employees offered us a free fresh squeezed juice for the wait. The wait actually was not that long at all, I'd say about 5 minutes. I ordered a custom loaded potato with gyro meat, cheese, corn, mayo, and bbq sauce. My wife ended up getting the baked portato pizza. The food only took a few minutes to be prepared, and it looked delicious. I really enjoyed my potato. It was loaded up nicely, and the flavors complimented each other well. I just wish my cheese would've melted a little better. My wife loved her baked potato pizza. Both were pretty filling, and my wife had enough to take home. This has become one of my wife's favorite restaurants, so I am sure we will be back! Loaded Baked Potato 1-5=4. Freshly Squeezed Watermelon Juice 1-5=3. Customer Service 1-5=5!

Oh my gosh! Yes! I have been dying to try this and my husband calls from around the corner so this would be a true testament on how good it is to have to wait 20 minutes for it to get here. It was absolutely delicious. I cannot wait to eat here again. My husband was like wow!! He got the garlic sauce on his and the refresher juice. I got chili cheese and broccoli on my potato and the Breezy juice.

Updating this review. Great service and a little expensive but you get a lot for your money. All the ingredients are extremely fresh. I watched them make my juice and they used whole mangoes, lemon, squeezed lemon juice and fresh carrots.

This meal was incredibly filling and delicious. There were lots of quality toppings to customize your stud, and the service was quick and friendly. The shop is fairly small so it's great for a grab and go meal.

Baked Potato

When I tell you, this photo doesn't do justice to what my taste buds experienced..... !!!! You walk in to this little shop in a plaza and get to pick your potato toppings like you're at Chipotle. The topping are so good and filling. This loaded baked potato is an understatement for how tasty and filling it was. They have options for meat eater, kosher diets, vegetarians, and vegans. I cannot wait to go back myself!

This is a beautiful place. It's set up like a Subway, you tell them what you want and then choose from a variety of toppings. The staff were friendly and offered suggestions since we were new. Their fresh juice blends are crazy good! They are a bit pricey but the food you get will fill you up! Go for lunch and you will be set for the day. Give this place a try, trust me.

Everything is very clearly well thought out and intentional. The odes to Mikey make me smile. The reason I'm leaving another 5 star review? The service. I brought my kiddo in for a quick bite after her gymnastics practice this weekend. It was so warm out that we decided to sit on the patio. We had underestimated the strength of the wind, and her cookie blew off from our table. Was this their fault? Absolutely not. We're Ohioans, we know what we sign up for any time we decide to trust the weather. However, as we went to move inside the owner was already having a new cookie brought out to her. Caring about the guest's experience and that level of attention to detail makes the difference between the good and the great. I truly hope they thrive.

I did not realize there was upstairs seating until later. The outside patio was spacious as well. It did look like they were adding on to the building. It was slightly strange to have a number of large personal pictures on the wall. Parking was not in abundance. We had to park in the communal lot and walk the cafe. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My order started at 1:42 pm…read more I was greeted by one of three employees. She asked if I was picking up a phone order. When I said no, they continued working for a few minutes. Each person was pleasant and smiling. However, speed and efficiency were not their concerns. During my more than 15 minutes of presence, I witnessed duplicate orders, confusion about what was made and what was pending, and a sense of general uncertainty. Also, they did not use sound covers to minimize the noise. I pointed out this was to protect their ears. Then, I caught myself, deciding to place this here. The ambiance was clean, with a mix of music and a slow trickling of people (and when you look for me in the footage, I'm in the pink dress). I ordered an 800-lb gorilla sans frozen yogurt, substituting almond milk for soy and soy protein for whey. I also added kale, a medium beet, carrot, orange, and ginger juice. I appreciate that each time an employee presented an order, they apologized for the wait. They were all very nice, respectful, humble, and incredibly kind. It's just as slow as molasses on a cold winter day. LOL I walked out at 2:01.

The worker there was helping someone else then made my smoothie but not my toast. Then another customer came in and they made her order. Two other customers came in and he started helping them. At this point I'd been there in person for 25 minutes and just left without my toast as people have to get to work. Better to be out $10 than be late for my job. For the past 15 years I've gone there at least twice a week but I'm done. We have three other smoothie places in North Olmsted now to go to.
