LOW PRICES ALL THE TIME & UBER SO DURING SALES When they have their 40% to 50% off sales, as last week, some of the items become incredibly inexpensive. And here's a note; some local retail "giftee" and furnishings shops and interior designers buy them then, then mark them up above the full retail to resell them. Example, $300 item here marked down to $150 on sale appears at local home decor shop for $325. Caveat Emptor. You might want to look here first to save on your purchase. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR The framing quality of many of these is not great if you're into those details, example is mitered corners don't always match up and frame finishes are marginal on some, but keep in mind you're paying a lesser price. Still, you might find you can do better for framing quality meets price at some other production art sellers, like Z Gallerie. VARIETY OF OPTIONS There are a number of paint on canvas options that are machine generated and also they have paint on poster foundations. Both of which are framed without glass added which can be an advantage if you have windows reflecting off the glass which hides the image. They have some loose prints in the store you can purchase for framing and catalogs of others they can order. The prints aren't giclee, but poster prints. They do custom framing and had a few dozen different frame stocks. They also have a couple of sizes of mirrors in different frame stock in the store. You can order other sizes. "ON APPROVAL" I heard a woman who was interested in an item in the shop ask if she could return it if it didn't work. I think I heard them say they had a 24 hour return policy so folks could see how the item worked at home. A good policy, AKA 'on approval' if so. BOTTOM LINE This isn't a store I'll to back to, but it was an interesting find to check out and it might work well for some. THIS N THAT: 1) PARKING: Ample amount in their lot. 2) ACCESSIBILITY: Level in and all on one floor. 3) HOURS: Monday through Friday, roughly 9 - 5. 4) LOO: They have no bathroom for customers to use because it is at the back of their warehouse and for insurance reasons the public cannot get to it to use it. So if you're planning on having extra cup of coffee before you shop here, you might want to rethink that plan. :-)

Our interior designer stepped in, when I found myself completely 'out of gas' after selecting the prints for her to source, to recommend Finer Frames to do the work because she knew they did great work and with good turnaround times too. Right on all counts! We have a lot of custom framed art in our home, collected by working with framing galleries over the last 40 years as we moved around, and so I very much appreciated that the gallery owner, Meg, who was also the framer for our prints approached it with the eye of an artist, which she also is. Her frame stock recommendation resulted in the perfect choice. The work was expertly done and the turnaround time was excellent too. We have used a couple of other framing galleries in the area over the last seven years, we have been happy with both businesses for their strengths but also knowing their weaknesses we chose one or the other depending on the project. But Finer Frames will now be our one and only choice going forward for any project. I've attached the screenshot of the text message that was sent to me. She texted me late Tuesday night in response to my voicemail with pricing and her hours of operation, not availability. So I text back that same night thanking her and asking when we can schedule for a 95min massage and if Friday at 12:30pm works for her. No response. It's been a week now and still no response. I guess she doesn't want my business. Very rude.
