I then set up the app to pay online and the app didn't work. A couple of weeks went by in September and October and I kept waiting for a new bill but never got one. Then I got a phone call on October 31 saying my policy was cancelled. I had not received any warning letters and was waiting for the correct bill in the mail so I could pay my monthly premium. A week later in November I got a letter in the mail that was a "warning" of an impending cancellation that had already happened. The letter arrived two weeks late. Since then I have been emailing and calling trying to set up a new policy. The responses have been minimal, the agent appears to have no interest in helping me fix this mistake despite being told I would pay whatever I needed to pay to not drive around uninsured. In my last communication on November 15, she stated She was getting some figures together however she has not responded to any emails since. I am so disappointed my family has been using this company for years and now I will have to take my business elsewhere. Terrible business practice!!!
