Elizabeth Woolf inspected my fathers home, told me what the foundation place probably wanted to do, and explained how what they wanted to do would end up costing us more money in repairs! My father didn't have a foundation problem at all - just a brick façade problem! She even gave me a name of someone that repaired brick issues. I can't say enough good about Elizabeth Woolf and Katahdin Engineering. She saved me and my family thousdands!!

It's quite pricey to have a foundation inspection at about $650 -from what I could read that's pretty close to the national average. Bob was thorough in his report and sent it our way the week after the inspection. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I felt confident in his expertise. If you need a structural engineer to inspect your foundation, I would recommend giving him a try. I hope you don't have to, though!

A man with a heavy gutteral Indian accent got on to process my gift card. I told him I need to speak with their engineer. I don't give a hoot about a gift card. He began speaking rapidly I think about processing the gift card I didn't want or need. I couldn't understand any of it, but it was clear there either wasn't a Matthew/engineer or I wasn't going to get to him unless I proceeded with their scam. Pretty sure this isn't a real company. You stand forewarned. If you look at Ryan G's rating, the guy didn't even show. Hum. Perhaps it's because he doesn't exist.
