Promises of 70% off lure you to the outskirts of town for a 1 hour or more roundtrip that just isn't worth your time. There are no huge bargains to be found. Also, it's ALL furniture and mostly arm chairs. There are a few lamps and a some rugs costing $600 and up. Patio furniture starts at $1,000 per piece. Missing are any kitchen items, home decor, dining accessories, garden items, etc. It's really just a lot of staid, bland furniture, a few lamps and a few rugs. Don't bother. read more

This place is great if you are looking for Pottery Barn (and sometimes West Elm) furniture and rugs. I wouldn't come here if you are just looking for accessories or linens because they rarely stock them. I have nabbed some fantastic deals here and will definitely be back for more. Just today I scored the Banks Extending Dining Table still in the box, at pottery barn it sells for $2500 I paid $1100. They were also able to delivery it the same day. read more

Spent many hours in this store over the summer and yes, there are some deals but you will have to work! Had some winning items but some that were slightly damaged (didn't realize until we got home) and the savings weren't that significant. There were some avid shoppers who knew how to work the system but if you need specific items, you won't always find what you need at the outlet. read more

I've been wanting to come here for a few months now and after I started following them on Instagram (@potterybarnoutlet_phx) and confirmed they had the "Anywhere chairs" I decided to make the hour drive from my house in Chandler! Let me tell you, this store did NOT disappoint and I'll probably make this a monthly or bi-monthly trip it was that good. It's mainly a huge furniture warehouse, however I scored some great backpacks & the oversize anytime chair for my daughter. But let me tell you ahead of time, be prepared to dig in large boxes - it's like finding treasure! A lot of the kids items are embroidered already or have been and the stitching was taken out. It's like the land of misfit backpacks but at a discount + 60% off - I'll gladly take it! Over the past couple of weeks I've visited this Pottery Barn outlet several times, and each time I left thrilled with my purchase and the service I received. If you follow them on Instagram (@potterybarnoutlet_phx) you can stay up-to-date on their current promotions. Today I got bedroom furniture for an additional 50% off the already marked down outlet price. Wow! While there are places in the Valley that will sell you furniture cheap, it's typically cheap quality furniture. Pottery Barn furniture is built to last, so when you shop at this outlet you know you're saving a ton and getting excellent quality furniture for your money. Plus, the staff is amazing. They don't work on commission so they give you your space to shop but will stick by you if you need help for as long as it takes. Last weekend Austin worked with us for nearly 2 hours to make sure we found exactly what we wanted. Today Zach spent almost that long with us ensuring we were truly satisfied with what we were buying. You can either bring your furniture home that same day or use their outside delivery service. We've done both. Today we took home 3 smaller pieces of furniture and both Zach and Johnnie were super helpful to fit them into our smaller SUV with the care they'd use if it had been their own vehicles. I really can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Like I said, watch their promotions on Instagram if you're like me and want to get the most bang for your buck. Their stock changes regularly so if you don't find exactly what you're looking for the first time, stop in again a few weeks later. Oh, and if you're looking for the smaller Pottery Barn items like dish ware, this is not the store for you. This outlet store focuses mostly on furniture and rugs, with some lighting and minimal smaller items at times. read more

I got an email for a sale happening so I went since we had our eye on a crib that was $300. To our surprise, the crib was now priced at over $600. They raised the original pice so it could reflect some fake sale. We mentioned this to the manager who fed us lies about sales. The same crib was at the regular store for the same price. She said, it's probably a sale they are having as well. Unbelievable, this whole place is a scam. read more

What a joke. Buyer beware! The outlet price on many items were the same as the online price for the exact same item. If you have a coupon the online returnable price (all outlet items are Final Sale) is cheaper. When we asked the store staff and they said they can give us the same price as online but wouldn't offer any additional discount. Double check the prices with what you pay at the store or online. Some staff is very friendly. Other staff is standoffish and act like you are a bother. Sometimes if you are lucky you can find a one of a kind discounted item cheaper than online or store. Just check your prices and know they won't honor any coupons etc. read more

Well -they have a warehouse look with a lot to choose from if you want to meander the rows - The prices are still pretty high for being a warehouse and I saw something I wanted and it was only 10% off but doesn't seem like a warehouse to me but I do like the furniture it's it's pick and choose and check back and every month to see what's changed read more

Mostly all furniture was hoping for smaller items and accessories. They get some new stuff weekly so maybe that will come later on since they just opened. Good thing is if your looking for any furniture you can buy and walk out with it the same day. Plus avoid any delivery fees which they do offer if needed. Discounts are pretty good as well but keep in mind some of this stuff is expensive to begin with lol. This place is somewhat permanent they said they will stay open as long as they keep getting stuff in so who knows how long that will be. read more

I was looking for a dresser and felt Pottery Barn was know for quality. I decided to try the outlet. The sales staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Everything went well until I started to use my NO return dresser. The drawers are on wood slides and therefore do not close easily or evenly without fidgeting. When I called I was told to purchase petroleum jelly to apply to the wood slides. Obviously, this isn't a new problem. I can't tell you how hard I looked for a new dresser and disappointed I am with the quality from a store I previously admired. read more

Been going to this outlet for some time but have noticed that the prices aren't as good as they used to be. They have boxes of items that were 75% off and recently they changed it to 50% off. This is stuff that might be damaged or used. One day I was there and single panel draperies were all over the place. It was a mess! They've cleaned it up but sometimes its hard to tell sizes. But now since their pricing has changed it won't be my first place to look anymore. Very nice staff by the way! read more

If you are looking for furniture, it is great, but if you are only looking for accessories, then it is an awfully long drive to only find a few. We scored big at our first time to the pottery barn warehouse...got a dining room table and bench, two night stands, an 8x10 rug and a floor lamp for $1650. We happened to go on a 50% off weekend which apparently doesn't happen often? It was a far drive so I would've been disappointed if we went home empty handed. Most of the sales associates were nice and helpful but not overbearing. They will not negotiate price though. I have been several times to this store. You can get great deals but you have to look for them. We got all our nursery furniture (crib, dresser and rocker). The staff are super friendly and helpful. I love the delivery service they offer. I have used the service on the side for things that were not for pottery barn deliveries. There was a mix up with tags on patio furniture we wanted and the manager gave us an extra percentage off for the model not in boxes. They strive to make it a good experience even if it is a warehouse. read more

Like other reviewers have mentioned this is more of a furniture outlet. As long as that's primarily the items you are looking for then you will not be disappointed! So many great options of sofas, armchairs, rocking chairs, desks etc. They told me today they get 4 or 5 shipments a week so coming back regularly would probably give you the best luck. The first time we visited we walked out with nothing but today we got an arm chair and a leather sofa! They were doing an additional 40% off the outlet price for Presidents Day weekend which was awesome!! Maurice and Austin were both very helpful in sales and everyone that helped us load our stuff in two SUVs including Johnnie and Alex went above and beyond! I will definitely be back! read more

If you are looking for little knick-knacks and random items, this is not the place for you. BUT, if you are in the market for furniture and big ticket items, this place is definitely worth the trip. Sure... they have the random one offs that you're never going to match, but they also have brand new, in-the-box warehouse overflow at a marked down price. I just scored a really nice dining room table for 70% off after tax. Watch for the sales. They get new stuff every week. Come prepared... with ample space in your vehicle. Don't be "that guy" clogging up the pick up line while you try to "Tetris" 19 pieces of furniture into the back of your minivan. read more

We frequently come out to the outlet and each time we have the best customer service. Yesterday my mom and I bought two rugs and Johnnie assisted us, he was so nice and super patient with us. be wary of the negative reviews, as in they "don't have" this or that, first thing to know is inventory changes all the time, there IS a lot of furniture, but lots of other things as well. You can't go in with the mindset of looking for a specific thing only, but rather as a treasure hunt. You should also know about what items cost in the retail world, as some things are more of a bargain than others. I have found some great things, especially in the bargain boxes. The customer service has been great, people really helpful and friendly. My only compaint is items in boxes are often not labeled well. read more

Bought nearly $3K worth of furniture. Got it home and it was the wrong products, missing boxes, incorrect sizes. Really? I bought 2 loft beds, i got a floor bed and some random pieces of a different bed. Nothing fit and nothing was right. Promised delivery and pick up of corrected items but oops again they mess up the days. Manager of the store pushed me to another person who was not given all the info. Do not buy here.
