I spent $872 on a tankless water heater at this store. I had the unit installed by a licensed plumber that has installed all types of water heaters. The unit did not produce hot water after being installed and the plumber looked at the diagnostics to determine the unit was faulty. It's in a iffy area js‍‍‍‍‍ Upon entrance, it smells stuffy, probably because it's really unorganized and stuff is thrown everywhere. The good news is that, they have really good deals so it's worth it! They have tables in the center of the store where everything is$10.00 where some of these items are valued well over that! I purchased a tower desk fan valued at $49.99 for $10 and I also was able to find a 2pc brand new bathing suit for$10 even though the lady told me she'd give it to me for$5... she still charged me$10. Still a steal so I let it go! I went for an air fryer which, I found valued at $119.00 online but I was able to get it for$40. I haven't had the chance to use it yet so let's hope that it works. Lol I suggest plugging things in and making sure that they work before purchasing as they do allow for you to check the items. I also suggest downloading a scanning app so that you can scan things before purchasing to make sure that you're getting a good deal as they also will scan for you while you're there and show you the price online compared to what they are charging. I purchased an item here that was listed on Facebook marketplace. As far as the transaction goes, it was pretty easy. My item was exactly as described in the listing and the woman opened the box so I could inspect it before purchasing. I paid via credit card and was in and out in under five minutes. I walked through the store just to check it out and don't recommend coming here to "window shop." It's pure chaos inside - unorganized (to me, however the employee knew exactly where to find everything) and there are no prices posted. Scam. They won't let me return the product I bought from them. Won't even exchange it, and I bought it the same day. A lady from offer up said they are liquidation and all sales are final. Good deal here and there if you're looking for something specific, but for the most part things are still overpriced, some products are years past expiration date (I purchased some NyQuil there that expired in 2017) store is cramped and dirty and pushy sales people and to top it off you're constantly followed from the second you walk in, all the way to your car when you walk out.. seriously, I had my kid in the shopping cart and to avoid carrying him and the large boxed items I just purchased, I pushed the shopping cart to my car to load the items and kids in my car and I was followed the whole time... idk why they thought I would even try to fit a shopping cart in my small car but yea, not fun when you're loading kids in the car and some random lady is standing 10 ft behind you waiting around... My husband purchased a workout bench from this place yesterday and he put it together today. After he put it together he noticed a foam piece was missing so like any normal customer we contacted them. They didn't care at all or seemed concerned what their paying customer is messaging them about. We got the impression that they can care less of what we had to say so before purchasing anything from this business keep in mind if something is missing or damaged that they do not care because in their eyes the box is sealed and if something is missing you are lying.
