We picked the perfect fountain :) She communicated clearly when delivery and installation would take place and the guys arrived on time :) Unfortunately, my landscaper did not prepare the outlet correctly and during installation 2 pumps blew. The guys took the time to go to Home Depot to pick up a brand new pump for me - that is going above and beyond in my opinion - and had to take the fountain apart to install the new pump. I felt so bad. They didn't complain. They didn't just leave me without a working fountain. They did their job. I am so appreciative of their commitment to making sure I was happy. The polywood is not quite as elegant as some other options, but it really did look nice on our patio. The Pure Patio staff were very helpful and patient with our indecisive nature.
