I called back later to cancel my reservation. when the person answered the phone, she immediately stated that she would have her manager call me back because they do not offer refunds. she did not inquire about my name or any information and when I asked, she stated it was on caller ID. that was on 10/31/25. It was not until today (11/4/25) that someone contacted me stating they would not give me a refund. I was also told that they texted me on Friday however I have no message from them. I do understand that they have a "policy" which I would not complain about. however, telling me that you are charging me for memories is absurd. there are several places that offer this for 1/2 the price. I think the situation was handled extremely poor from their perspective. I will not be continuing with the reservation

They also have spin art and a section of cute crafts for kids in addition to lots of ceramic choices for kids of all ages. The vibe here is so relaxing and peaceful. The people who work here are super friendly and will assist you with any questions you have but they won't hover over you, so you get a great experience just getting lost in your creativity. I only ever looked at the name and based on that, thought it was an art gallery. At any rate, it is at the time of this writing, in the throes of a retirement sale and there are all sorts of beads and beading supplies and jewellery going at ridiculous prices. And - mirabile dictu - the owner is selling off much of her fabric stock at prices that actually made me feel a little weak at the knees. Get over there while it is still there and be glad I decided to be fiscally prudent while I was in there.
