They…read moredon't answer their phones, don't follow up after leaving messages and leave you completely in the dark. Everything is done by email-when they decide they want to follow up. Technicians spend very little time on-site and seem to provide inaccurate or incomplete information. The technician was at my home but made errors with the paperwork, which resulted in my work order being incorrectly closed. I then had to go through the owner to have it reopened, which was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. After months of frustration and no resolution, I had to bring in another local appliance company, who quickly diagnosed and properly fixed the issue. Polished Appliance was a complete waste of time. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable or professional service. I would strongly recommend running from this inept company and save yourself the frustration.

The administrative management team is great for scheduling and follow up. The technicians arrive when they are supposed to and always get the job done. If you're having premium brand name appliances serviced and Technician Ken West shows up you will be particularly fortunate. Ken has been at our homes in Bend several times over the last fifteen years, including today when he once again was able to diagnose and resolve the problem all in one visit. Ken has many years of experience (he also once worked for Johnson Brother's Appliance), he knows his stuff in technical skills and he is simply the nicest guy as well.
