The final explanation was that the humidity was causing delays. A professional powder coating shop should have the proper equipment and environmental controls to account for humidity. Hearing that only reinforced my impression that this shop lacks the competence and quality standards expected of a professional business. To make matters worse, the work they did complete was unacceptable.
