Every time I go to the shop I'm getting the run around about why this not complete. So I send my tow truck after It's obvious these folks are wasting my time. He try to double my balance I owe. He charged me Double for the same items on one receipt. Then charged me for parts I purchased on another one. I put my paperwork together with a family attorney and he told me I better go get my Truck NOW! They had a old nasty lady in the front. She accused me of taking my parts from the shop. Then when I explained to her that she was wrong, she put me out her office with aggressive behavior. This was a deliberate attempt to get me out of character. At that moment I knew it's something funny going on here. Don't let them waist your time. Give them a deadline time to complete any work they do. It's always a new face working there every other week. Also some of my parts were misplaced in this shop and Larry told me he didn't have my parts. That's when the old nasty lady accused me of taking them. When they saw how angry I was getting about my parts his help started locating everything that was missing while Im snapping. RED FLAG! From there is was downhill. If you white they might do you Right. Larry thought he was gonna over charge me so I couldn't afford to get my truck back from him. Nice Try but he can't play with me. I still ended up giving him a extra 250 but he definitely wasn't getting that extra 600 he typed up. One minute he say we gonna keep his boss David out of it. Next minute, he needs to call David to get pricing approval when I say he's overpricing the job from our original bill. Larry was so mad to see my truck leaving that shop he didn't want to watch. We were thinking alignment but didnt know what it could be. Now, the actual problem was the service. We have not taken the car anywhere else to be serviced. The young man asked for the wheel lock key. They never gave us one - they DID, however, have a general place where they put it because after arguing with him and him telling us we could take our business elsewhere, the manager came out amd checked went right to said key. Neither I nor my husband was told about this key. Simple things loke this should not even become a thing with customer service. Do better!

The man at the front desk speaks very poor English and has a terrible attitude - he couldn't answer a single question directly throughout the process. When I finally got my car back, I realized there was additional damage in the same part of the vehicle and they claimed it was damaged beforehand. When we were upset and asked for an explanation, the man at the front got extremely heated and SHOVED my brother who was there to drop me off at my car. Outrageous experience. Don't recommend.
