We casually discussed what we were looking for and he pulled a few properties for us to look over. We met the next day to tour the properties. We are looking at rural, remote properties that a realtor really needs and ATV to show. Mr. Deason didn't have that but did take us by 4x4 into the properties. Some were very tough to get in and out of but he was determined to show the property. We ended up using another realtor to purchase our property only because we found a property located outside of his area. But we will contact him if we decide to purchase residential investment or commercial property in Tyler. Genuine man, very personable and respectful. He has great suggestions on local eateries too!

I have sold and closed 10+ house and I have never…read moreexperienced such incompetency, dishonesty as I have with Jennifer Ramirez at Tarry Title Company, Tarry Transfer Company, Inc and the buyer's Realtor Dawn Frazier They failed to close and fund on the original contract date and tried to blame the seller, the buyer and the lender. We have proof it was the title company's failures. They actually closed with the buyer a day later without having his portion of funds required at closing to complete the sale but didn't tell us! Was in fact told funding would happen the next business day. It took 6 days after original close date to fund only after we threatened breach of contact. And their realtor Dawn Frazier (who gave the Jennifer a good review) gave the buyer keys and access to the property to store personal items the day they closed. Without Funding! Complaints have been filed with the state agencies who regulates this industry.
