I wanted to make sure the clothes really dried. They did. My first impression is that it is a very clean and airy laundromat. A couple of women were busy taking care of some customer's laundry. In addition to doing it yourself, you can pay to have the attendants take care of washing, drying and folding your laundry for your pickup. There are plenty of washing machines and dryers for small and large loads. Ample seating while you wait. Also many rolling carts with overhead hanging bar are available to pile your dried clothes into and roll over to a table to fold. It's a great place to have available as an option. Go there.

They are closed Mondays the majority of in house washing should be Monday then since closed to general public. Another issue I've seen is they allow people to take over tables and not in use people leave their belongings to secure a table when others need to use and no place to fold dried clothes. Tell staff they can't do nothing due to they don't see the owners of the property to tell them to move their belongings. Frustrating it is. Just think that staff should enforce table and cart usage readable for all to use.

As a new customer, I was a given a great little coupon book with $10, $5, and $2 off coupons, which have come in handy, total value $50 of savings! Diana is a great front desk employee, she's so friendly and helpful, and will call the manager with any questions you have! These people actually look at the little tags you may put on your clothes with specific instructions, unlike another major cleaners in town, who ignored my instructions for my clothes 3 different times, which is when I came across this place here on Yelp! Thank you Oak Park Cleaners!

I recently gave them a dress with dozens of little crazy embelishments, and they delivered it this morning in absolutely perfect condition. Oak Park Cleaners attaches a clear and itemized receipt with exact charges. Oak Park Cleaners brings clean clothes delivered to my door twice a week and the clothes look and smell amazing; they press, hang, and box according to directions every time. Although their prices look higher up front, their quality and service have given me the best value. Oak Park honors their coupons and prints them on the receipt. While using a competitor for over a year, I had a few problems: the competitor consistently ignored my requests; about 75% of the time the order was not right. The competitor offered a lot of discounts but did not submit a receipt, even when requested. (Was I really saving money?) I wanted to save time and hassle so I tried out Oak Park Cleaners; I'm so glad I did. Oak Park makes the whole delivery process so clear and easy. They follow through and do a fantastic job the first time and every time! The owners show so much care in their work and their customer, and I'm so thankful I found them.

Do not take your clothes here. It is simply not worth the risk…read more I've had nothing but great experiences with Jack Brown Cleaners in Austin, which is why I didn't think twice about using this San Antonio location. I should have. They destroyed a $160 pair of pants--ripped beyond repair--and instead of telling me, they folded them up, put them in the bag with the rest of my clothes, charged me, and sent me on my way. I didn't discover the damage until I got home, at which point I immediately drove back. That level of dishonesty is honestly worse than the mistake itself. Accidents happen. Trying to hide them is inexcusable. From that point on, the customer service somehow got even worse. The woman who is consistently working the front counter is one of the rudest customer service employees I've ever dealt with. Every interaction felt like I was inconveniencing her because they destroyed my clothing. Her manager, Joyce, wasn't any better. There was no apology, no ownership, and no effort to make things right. Instead, I was bounced from person to person, told to call people who had no idea what was going on, and given whatever answer would get me out the door. It ultimately took four or five separate trips to the store to resolve something that should have taken one. At one point, they neglected to mention that I needed to bring a printed purchase receipt for reimbursement, so I drove there for nothing, had to drive home, print it, and drive back again. Somehow, every step of this process was made harder by employees who either didn't know their own procedures or couldn't be bothered to explain them. The only reason I was eventually reimbursed was because I happened to have bought the pants online and could produce the receipt. If I hadn't, I likely would have been out $160 because of their mistake. Ironically, the corporate office was excellent. They eventually sent me a reimbursement check along with a genuine apology. Corporate clearly understands what customer service looks like. This location does not. Destroying a garment is one thing. Hiding it, charging the customer anyway, refusing to take responsibility, and then making them jump through hoops for a month to fix your mistake is another. This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I will never trust this location with another item of clothing, and I strongly recommend you don't either.

No one at the store could describe what would be done to the coat that would require such a lengthy cleaning process. I had to wait 6 weeks for the coat to be returned. After stopping at the store to inquire about the coat, I was told it might take longer, February 1. Yesterday, February 11, I called to ask for the coat to be returned. They would investigate. They never called back. I called today February 12, and was told the coat was ready. A tag in the lining of the coat indicated it had been cleaned on January 12 for $46. The cleaning tag indicated that it had been returned somewhere on February 3. That tag indicated the price at $78.91 (quite a mark-up).
