Funny enough when I sat down to wait for my car I see they do a basic wipe down for every car. They suck at upselling After the wash, I noticed there was still dirt and sand in the seats and the trunk. Very disappointing. On top of that, I realized I'd left my Ray-Ban glasses inside. When I called 30 to 45 minutes later to ask about them, the guy said he'd check "when he got a chance"--even though he was standing about ten steps from where I'd told him I was sitting. He didn't make a single effort to go look. I'm 100% certain I left them there and still no call back.

It seems like too many vehicles are being scheduled without allowing enough time to complete each one properly. I would recommend adjusting appointment times or pricing so each vehicle receives the level of care customers are paying for. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to mention to Brendan that Gatorade had caused some stains on my passenger seat. I noticed the lightened spots the next day and contacted Kathy. Brendan had forgotten to recheck the spots after he finished our 3rd car but would come by later that week to take a look. I don't know how he did it but he was able to remove the Gatorade stains that had been there for months. I could not be happier with the service. Will definitely use them again.

They assured me that they'd take care of it. This was definitely another OMG-I-can't-believe-how-clean-the-car-is! experience. The front and rear windshields and all the windows were spotless. There wasn't a speck of dust on the dashboard or center console. The mats looked like new. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, and when I took my little fur-baby out of the car, they were friendly to him, and he liked them.
