We were we're going to replace a torque converter and I called the back, thinking we may need to do the whole transmission and I never even got to tell him that because as soon as he answers the phone, he was rude, dismissive and I just couldn't believe I was talking to the same guy. I asked him why he was being such an asshole. He told me he would show me an asshole and said come get your car tomorrow and it's $500 they had dropped the transmission in two hours since I had first talked to him. I go to get it and even the owner was rude! I still don't quite understand why this all went down the way it did, but I will tell you these people were so rude and I would go anywhere but Aatco! Also the prices are way higher than competitors, but I don't mind paying for quality service which includes customer service. in my 50 years on this earth, I have never had an interaction like I did with that guy Daniel at Aatco.

I called to inquire on day 3, and was told someone would let me know when they had a chance to get to it. After still no call, on Day 7 I called back and the manager rudely told me he didn't know what was wrong with it and had 60 cars ahead of me and since I was using a warranty insurance he had no idea when he could get to it. Mr. Doug was quick to get my vehicle picked up, called me to let me know what was wrong with it, gave me a price and gave me an estimated time of when it would be ready. Mr. Doug stayed in constant communication with me and had my vehicle's transmission repaired sooner than the expected time. I would highly recommend A&A for your transmission repair needs.

The first 2 could not help me because they didn't work on diesels. Carolina custom trucks evaluated my problem and said they could fix it. I need a tow from my hotel. With in 5 min the tow truck operator contacted me and dispatched a truck to me. When I arrived at CCT they immediately started to check my vehicle. They contacted technet and with in an hour they had the new part and were installing it. I have never been this impressed with an automotive service business as I have been with these guys. Their facility was state of the art, With all, up to day equipment. The work bays were clean the staff were extremely professional and polite. I recommend them for any type of truck or automotive service and repair. These people are the professionals. I found out later the men and women I dealt with were all family. However I thought that was strange and told them I had that done 50,000 miles ago. They did they change! After I paid $1000+ for this rip off!
